Fun and Entertaining!
The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my 3.5 year old for Christmas and she is already in the bath playing with it. It's simple to get put together to include putting in the batteries which require you to tighten the cover with an included screw. You can turn it on and off with the push of button (the crabs mouth). It's so easy to use. You just put soap and water in the crab's claws and prepare for your toddler to have fun! The suction to hold the bubble maker in place is strong. My toddler is having so much fun!I cannot speak to the longevity of this product but the bubbles are decent quality given I just used sauve body wash.

Easy to set up and use! Minimal packaging!
This bubble machine was easy to use. It works right out of the box. All you need to do is plug it in and add bubble liquid. It's a nice design, clean and modern looking (unlike the gaudy bright colored and odd shaped ones targeted to kids I guess). It was a breeze to get going, and we've used 2 different solutions so far and both work fine. The first speed is great and blows plenty of bubbles. The second speed I found didn't work as well with our bubble solution. Maybe we need a thicker formula to use the higher speed but the wind was too strong and just broke the bubble film from the wand instead of forming bubbles. I think a better bubble formula, a high quality one made for machines maybe, would help. We will try!It has a nice sturdy handle, too, for carrying. The case seems durable, and the battery compartment is easy to access. This is a good bubble machine for the price.Clean up was a little tricky. You need to be very careful not to get water into the unit where the electronics are. Only use a small bit of water, or a sponge to clean out the solution reservoir - don't put it under the faucet! I Use care when draining the reservoir, and only tip it forward so water does not enter the unit where the fan blows through!

So many bubbles!
Big hit! My lo randomly started being difficult about taking a bath or shower and then procrastinating to get in or saying she just wanted to play so I got some new toys to entice her and she loves this crab!It makes a lot of bubbles! Once stuck on the wall it has stayed. We mix bubble bath soap with water and dumb it in and its bubbles galore!

Fun Bath Time Addition with Minor Drawbacks
This Crab Bath Bubble Maker has added a delightful touch to our toddler’s bath time. Its engaging design and ability to produce a stream of bubbles make bath time more enjoyable. The suction cups provide a secure attachment to the tub wall, and the bubble output is impressive. However, we’ve noticed that the battery life could be improved, as it tends to deplete quickly with regular use. Additionally, the bubble solution needs to be refilled frequently, which can be a bit inconvenient. Despite these minor issues, the joy it brings to our child makes it a worthwhile purchase.

Bad execution. Good concept.
I really wanted to love this toy, but it has 2 major flaws. 1: suction doesn't stick well. We have plenty of other things that suction to our shower walls, so it isn't a wall issue. Any little bump from the kids and it falls. 2: battery compartment is not protected by a screw. After it fell the battery door came off and now batteries exposed to water. The only positive I have to say is the bubbles were awesome and the filling at the top would have been great if it stuck!

Perfect and amazing. Bubbles for days
This thing is pretty amazing. I was worried about spending too much on a plastic, battery-eating, lame party trick thing, but it's the opposite. I love having the option to plug in or use batteries. I haven't had to replace batteries yet despite use at drive-in theater, adventures, and birthday parties. The two speeds are both perfect - a little bubbles, or a stooorm! My daughter loves it, it's a special thing to do on the deck in nice weather, fun to watch on windy days, and is magical for me too.Only issue so far: it can leak a little from the bottom, not too much though, no puddles or massive waste. Just don't hold it above your head and spin to make yourself a magic bubble fairy. My only gripe is how much bubble liquid costs, which is not this nearly flawless machine's fault. I keep searching for the golden homemade bubble recipe that's as good as the gazillion bubble jug that costs an arm and a leg, but alas, I haven't found it yet.

Oh yeah... bubbles. Lots. Perfect. Inexpensive. Lots of bubbles.
EDIT: Still going strong after 2 years. This thing is great ... but only if you like bubbles! It is a simple machine. It works great. We used it outdoors and kept it on the Low setting (out of Low and High) so that there weren't too, too many bubbles. But hey, if you're buying a bubble maker then TOO MANY bubbles probably isn't a bad thing. This machine can be operated by battery (c or d cells, unfortunately... and several of them, at that), or it comes with a "wall wart" -- a transformer -- a plug, so that you can plug it in (and not use batteries). We used this outdoors and away from an electrical outlet. We brought some batteries (just in case), but, for a whole day's use, we plugged this into the UPS that we borrowed from a computer. The little UPS that would have kept our computer going for 7 minutes through a brown-out was enough to power this puppy for hours of bubble making.Oh.... if you're going to try this, confirm that your UPS doesn't (have to) beep at you the entire time that it is doing its job. Just my two cents... from someone who has had to endure that beeping in the past.Great bubble maker. I intend to use it year after year.
