I bought this ems muscle stimulator because it’s rechargeable and easy to use, it has many different workout modes and different levels of intensity ,I am impressed by the quality,the gel pads are great, and a nice feeling when in use

Customers may be interested to know the images are very misleading (unless the models used are in fact midgets!).The man in the picture has almost his entire torso covered, whereas it barely covers all my abs.For reference, I’m 6ft/180cm so not a giant by any means. Was very disappointed to have to be misled by the images. The arms straps suggest they fold around large biceps, they too barely reach around my arm.Perhaps I should have looked more closely at the dimensions before purchasing but will be returning immediately.Can’t speak to the products quality as won’t be removing it from the packaging, but thought people should be made aware of the misleading images and make sure they double check the dimensions/specifications.

Smaller one are pretty powerful but the large isn’t

I had ordered a glute based equivalent for an injury and was really impressed, so wanted one for other body parts and this is equally impressive, this is actually the second I've bought as left my original in a hotel annoyingly.I actually getting DOMS from using it.It won’t replace an appropriate diet or calorie deficit to lose weight, and similarly this won’t replace a proper training regime for strength or muscle growth but as an extra when you’re sitting down they’re really effective.I’d also highly recommend if you’re coming back from an injury it’s excellent to prevent atrophy (muscle wastage), I used it when recovering from a knee operation to keep my quad activating while I couldn't walk on it.Really clever setup with the changeable units, different modes and battery lasting well and the sticky pads are great (keep the plastic they come on to preserve the stickiness), all for a good price.

Pretty decent the smaller ones are alot stronger than i expected which is great

The idea of the item is good the working is bad, comes in 3 pieces 1 pice works fine 1 piece does not work at all, piece 3 the large piece only works on the top half I can use it in small parts but would prefer to to get what I bought, I gave it 1 star because I can use part of it. Would I buy again NO NO NO but I will buy another brand, I could return but I would rather give a honest review rather than except refund for a good review.

This product is easy to use and you can definitely feel it working your core! Can’t wait to see the results as I can definitely tell you it feels like it’s working! I would definitely recommend.

Not very good....tricky to use especially if your eyesight isn't great. Flimsy feel.
