I love that they only go over your heel — then you don’t get hot feet from a full sock.However I find it hard to believe the (for a lack of better words) silicone liner — is all that’s supposed to make these work. I’ve used them — maybe I’m harder on my feet that the average person but I did not notice a “noticeable” improvement in 3 days. They helped but they aren’t even close to magic!

These are my first moisturizing socks. I'm giving 5 stars because while they lasted they worked great. At $15 for 2 pairs, I'm going to try & find some cheaper ones, and see if they work just as good as these. I will say because there were no cleaning instructions, I did put in the washing machine and dryer on regular, not gentle cycle, and high heat. The jelly heel part of the sock are no longer doing much softening because of how I washed them, I'm almost 100% of this. If my hunt for cheaper socks, that work just as well as these is unsuccessful, I will revise this review.MIRACLES!This is how my journey started. I did some research online because I was absolutely fed up with the constant scrubbing of my heels, wasting my time, getting no result. They were still ugly, and also still painful.So after researching this is what I found:1. I stopped using products on my feet that I shouldn't be. UREA IS A NO NO!I cut out Okeefes Healthy feet from my daily regimen. Why? Because of course it has UREA in it. Why wouldn't it have something in it that is bad for your feet, right? BYE BYE OKEEFES2. Use Petroleum Jelly!Enter my new product, which is working wonders, I might add, Palmer's Foot Magic Cocoa Butter Moisturizing Foot Cream. I put this on while sitting at my desk at work3. THESE SOCKS!As well as wearing these socks every night to bed, because it comes with 2 pairs, I use the second pair in the livingroom and add some Palmers Foot Magic Cocoa Butter Stick Intensive Heel Repair to my heels and then put on the socks while I'm watching TV.UPDATE ON THE SEARCH FOR CHEAPER SOCKS*******UNSUCCESSFUL!I purchased The Foot Medic Moisturizing Heel Socks at $4.99, and I returned them. The padding on the heel was extremely thin. So for $2.50 more a pair, I'm coming back to these and will hand wash only. On The Foot Medic socks, they did include instructions which said, do not put in washing machine and only hand wash with a small amount of soap. This will be my cleaning method going forward.I wanted to put a side note, because my 1st order was for the nude color (shea butter). This is totally my fault, I was trying to save money and didn't realize that the different colors had different softening agents. I purchased the grey and they don't work near as well as the nude color. Then I happened to notice, today, that they are made with something different. Go for the nude, they are awesome!GOOD LUCK!

The socks are amazing! I have had a crack on both heels for two months and within four nights they were both healed. I also put Vaseline on the my heels before putting socks on. I’m amazed they healed so quickly! Highly recommend for anyone with heavy calluses and cracking issues on the heels.

It is comfortable and I can wear it with enclosed shoes as well as sandals
