Beautiful light. 5 star customer service.
Be prepared to assemble. It's not that difficult but it is slightly time consuming and much easier with 2 people. One glass "globe" shattered during install. Company was incredibly easy to work with, friendly and sent me 3 replacement globes!

Easy to assemble and looks really good. Would definitely recommend this light.

Beautiful, difficult to install
This is a beautiful chandelier!!! You have to install each lantern thru the wheel, and then tie all 16 (8-hot, 8-netural) and a ground wire, and tuck into the shallow cover. Very difficult, but do-able if you have the patience. It took me and my husband over 3 hours to install. Some bolts/screws were a little short or the threads weren't perfect and needed a bit more "persuasion." Customers Service was great. We had a piece of glass broken upon arrival, and after talking with them they quickly sent a new one in it's place. Thank goodness it wasn't like some places that make you return the whole item!

Requires some assembly but great value
This looks great in our log house. Lighting is great, we’ve had it installed for over 4 months now without any issues. We are very pleased in every aspect.

Little work and looks pretty good
Little tlc and I got it looking good.... looks a little fake when took out ot the box... ended up taking it apart and staining it and looks pretty good now if I could give half a star i would give 3 1/2 I have 8 ft ceiling and I had to shorten chain a pretty good chunk, otherwise would have hung to low even over a table...

Junk!
Packaging is horrible. Product showed up with broken glass and parts inside. No paperwork for assembly which is strange being the amount of assembly required for this item. I would definitely never buy this product again. Best thing about the purchase. Was the rapid response we got to return it for a refund!

Supplier resolved the issue
Color is wrong, instead of wood looks like redish plastic. Update: saler resolved problem within a couple of days. Thanks for standing by ur product.
