Don’t get scammed by reviews
I absolutely HATE this vacuum. I bought it because I’ve had a really good roomba forever and it finally decided to stop charging. This had great reviews and was on a killer sale. I decided to give it a shot since it was a $740 vacuum/mop combo and might be worth an upgrade. Let me say- it isn’t. It does all the time. It claims to have an 11 hour charge, but if it gets stuck anywhere and you don’t notice, it’s dead as a doornail and won’t even start back up until it’s charged for several hours. It gets stuck so easy too, btw, which makes the dead battery a CONSTANT thing. It also does a terrible job of vacuuming. It may be better than nothing, but that’s about it. And the mopping function? Yeah… it’s not a thing. The reviews for this product all seemed to come across as nothing but excellent, but when I got the product, the instructions were all in Chinese or Japanese, and the vacuum feels and looks like something you would get off of Temu 😡 not Amazon. I used Amazon gift cards from Christmas to buy this for myself and it’s probably worked a total of 3 times, and all with less than dismal results. I genuinely feel scammed. And unfortunately, just like another product that I bought around the same time, I managed to miss the return time frame due to unforeseen traveling I had to do, and am now stuck with a truly useless vacuum. Back to Roomba I go… when I can afford it thanks to wasting my money on this piece of poo…

Maintainance is key
I love this little guy I have two! The mop isn't going to scrub its essentially a rag that gets wet and is dragged around so rugs beware. Honestly best for putting disinfectant in the water tank and letting it disinfect vs mop. Does a GREAT job at dusting. It will vacuum up the larger pieces of debris and wipe up the rest. Super easy to maintain but definitely do regular maintenance and cleaning it out so it doesn't get a build up of hair.Sturdy for sure! My toddler picked one up and dropped it on its head and sure enough it lives! I love putting an essential oil or disinfectant in the tank so my entire house smells so fresh and clean when I set them loose! I haven't had any issues with the tank leaking. When you fill it, it holds the water in with surface tension. Fill it up, close the tab tight and give it a wiggle and you're good to go before leaving the sink :)I also love how I can control the suction power and the water amount through the app and its easy to control the two that i have in one place. I just hit one button or their individual buttons on my phone and they're off! I like how I can have the "mop" attatchment on vs off. Sometimes gets stuck on thicker rugs but with the mop attachment being so low it usually gets caught on the rug before it gets a chance to drag a wet rag over the rug so I see that as a win in my book. I just have to occasionally rescue it from its rug foe.The only complaints I have are the charging station and the baytery life. It is super light so sometimes if the robot doesn't line up exactly right it ends up pushing the charging base around, panics, and dies. So there have been a few times that I've gone to start up the robots and they're dead next to the chargers. So maybe use some sort of adhesive or something to help keep the base still. I move mine around so much I use a little 2 lbs weight so it's easy to move its charging station around. The battery life works for what we need, only a couple hours a day, but with it moving its charging station, I'll have to wait for it to recharge which admittedly takes a long time. If I find it dead, I have to wait basically all day or just wait until the next day to turn it on. I just pit it in my routine to double check that they're charging at night and we're good to go in the mornings but that may be impractical for some peoples schedules.

Not what I expected
I was so excited when I purchased this vacuum. I’m a busy mom of three young children with a full-time job, so it was nice to think that I would get some extra help in the house. However, I’m a little disappointed. The vacuum has really good suction, but Misses a lot of the house. Repeatedly vacuums over the same areas and constantly gets stuck in places. They should really consider putting bumpers on the top of it as well so it can detect when it’s going under furniture that’s too low for it to completely pass through. Also the mop is useless. I like how good the house smells when I put in my favorite cleaning solution however, it doesn’t actually clean anything. It just leaves wet streaks all over the floor.. the app is easy to use. However, I do feel that it’s missing a few features that would be convenient to the user. I don’t Know if there is a way to map the house so that it doesn’t bump into everything causing it to turn around and vacuum over the same area again. And I don’t want to leave out the fact that the battery dies before it can completely cover the living room and kitchen, which are the only places I actually need it to vacuum. I’m just overall underwhelmed and unsatisfied.

Started having problems after a month
It worked so good the first two weeks. I really enjoyed it. I got it to help out my other robot vacuum (irobot i3+). I have a husky so the hair around the house can build up fast. I would run this vacuum after the irobot ran and it seemed to pick up everything that the roomba missed. The mopping function for me was nice too. The only thing that bothered me was that it leaks when you fill the water in the tank. The app was easy and pretty self explanatory. However its been a month now and it gets "stuck on a cliff" in random areas of the house when before it never did that. The battery life is pretty decent tho when it gets stuck the battery doesnt completely die like the roomba. It still saves enough battery for it to make it home by itself vs. when I have to pick up the roomba to base it myself. It also charges pretty quickly to be used again.Overall I don't think its worth the money. I put it in the kinda of not so smart end robot vacuums.
