Jana Banana Plant Based Bar with Green Bananas (Pack of 12)

I order a lot of plant-based bars from Amazon, I've had a problem before, however, not enough to stop buying the product from them.I just started to purchase the Java-Banana bars from them, I ordered two boxes and the product is old. If you look at the pictures I posted, you will see that every bar that I have opened looks like this.After the 5th bar, I contacted Amazon and they did give me a full refund, I will never purchase this product again, so sad because they taste so good!REVISED/UPDATED REVIEW:Jana reached out to me because she was concerned about what had happened. After a couple of emails back and forth, I now completely understand what happened. She explained what her manufacturer had recommended and apparently some bars had gotten some extra pulverized green banana flour and they just didn't look right.The bars are one of my all-time favorite flavors, they are delicious and now that I know and understand that the product is not damaged, I will definitely continue buying them.I want to say thank you to Ms. Jana not only for her great customer service but congratulations on such a great product - THANK YOU!

Received in a BunnyJames Paleo box as part of a daily deal. Not Keto at all! 29 carbs but 564 in potassium. I am honestly addicted. I won’t share with my husband. I will be buying many more. Texture is like a thicker fruit snack, no added sugar. Perfect level of sweetness. I LOVE THESE!

I love these bars. I don’t like overly sweet treats. These were perfect and hit the spot when I’m craving something sweet.Only complaint is the price, which I don’t mind paying for when organic, but these are not.

Just okay. Not the same as the first time I bought them through a subscription. These taste like they have sat in a warehouse.

I bought these on a whim, not really sure what to expect. They're pretty good with a different texture and nice light flavor. Ordered green banana, received green banana, but when I opened the first bar the dark chocolate color made me look again at the label and the box! Like I said, they're good, but I was disappointed that they aren't all that banana-like in flavor. Dried/processed bananas never really taste like the real thing, but these have a drop of lime juice in them, and to me that overpowered the banana on the tongue so I could just enjoy the aftertaste. I think it'd be better without the lime, if the recipe would stand for it. Rather expensive snack for pretty empty nutrition and calories, but they're fun and I'll probably buy some of the other flavors soon.UPDATE: Ordered the peanut butter flavor as well. It's a bit of an odd peanut-butter-banana flavor compared to most, but it's good. The lime juice - which I now firmly believe should be absent from the recipes if possible - imparts a little tangy kick that makes this one taste more like a peanut-butter-and-honey flavor with some sort of added aftertaste. It's not bad. I think I'll skip on trying the other flavors but may buy these again from time to time.

These are the best bars ever. I love ANYTHING banana so these are a slam dunk and with no sugar added so they are whole 30 friendly. I don't know what people are talking about when they say they are bad- these things are awesome.
