Very impressed with this cooler. Installation was straightforward, and the QR code on the box links to a clear step-by-step guide that made the process much simpler than expected. The build quality is solid, and it fits nicely in a mid-tower case with decent clearance.Performance-wise, it’s doing a great job. CPU temps have stayed consistently low under load, and it runs very quietly, even when pushed. I’ve noticed a definite improvement over my previous air cooler, especially during gaming and video rendering sessions.The tubing feels durable, and the pump doesn’t add any noticeable noise. It also looks clean once installed, which is a nice bonus.If I had to nitpick, the included fans are a little basic in appearance, but they work well and move a lot of air. Overall, a well-designed cooler that delivers on both performance and ease of use.

But this is my first ever build - cooling a clocked processor nicely - it fits perfectly along the side, massive, red, devil, graphic cards - and I can confirm on a RYZEN7 - this seems to help to perform my thermal light pro. I’m impressed.

I upgraded my PC with a faster processor and the result ran a bit warmer than I liked with the stock AMD cooler. I'm not a hard-core overclocker and a mid-range air cooler would probably have been enough to get it under control, but I didn't like the idea of hanging a lump weighing over a kilo off a vertically mounted motherboard. So I decided to give an AIO a try.The PC is a work machine and I didn't want it lighting up like a Christmas tree. The processor is an AMD Ryzen7 5700G, so nothing too demanding on the cooling. The ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 280 was listed as a good match to the Corsair 4000D case that I had chosen, so I ordered one. This was my first experience of water cooling and I was a little concerned that it might be difficult to install, but the Liquid Freezer was very easy. Even allowing a couple of stops to view the instructions, I removed the stock cooler and installed the Arctic in little more than half an hour - an experienced builder would do it faster.The results, for me, have been impressive. On the stock AMD cooler, the processor was idling at more than 50C and under load could easily touch 75C. With the ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 280, it is idling below 30C and I have to push it hard to get it to touch 60C. I have not got the fans tuned yet and the noise levels at idle are slightly higher than the previous cooling based around the AMD stock cooler. But the stock cooler would do an impression of a jet aircraft taking off when the processor was under load - I've not noticed any noise increase between idle and full load with the Arctic installed.Customer service has been even more impressive... The cooler ships with two different cables - one to combine all the fans and the pump onto a single motherboard socket and one to connect them separately. I initially installed with the combining cable but subsequently decided that I wanted individual control. Trouble was that I had lost the necessary cable. I contacted Arctic support to ask if I could buy a replacement, but they simply asked for my address and proof of purchase, then popped a replacement into the post for me free of charge! That is service!

This is my first every liquid cooler so don't have a great deal of experience to draw from. It looks really good and seems great quality. It does keep my CPU really cool and at great temperatures. Performs exactly as it should. I have knocked one star off because my god was it tricky to install. Getting the screws in and down made me feel like I was going to break the motherboard or CPU it needed that much force. Looks simple in the video but it wasn't as easy as that. I got it down and everything is working great.

I have a 5950x and I was using a dark rock pro air cooler, the CPU would hit 90c (it is rated to hit 90c) but I thought the CPU would overwhelm the cooler when I was rendering, I was right. I've installed this cooler which is massive but looks clean and works well. Under normal working conditions the CPU no longer hits 60 and under heavy work or a stress test it doesn't ever creep over 70c I might actually turn on pbo now which I didn't think of before.

genuinely awful, i installed it correctly, checking over and over and OVER again that I had EVERYTHING perfect, asked reddit and multiple friends, after installing this AIO it would at boot cause my system within 60 seconds consistently to spike from 50c to 112 celsius at which it would cut out to protect the CPU.i am running a brand new 5800x with it at the time of writing and the Gigabyte B550 Aorus elite AX v2, I also tried the AIO on a second motherboard and had the same issue on that build. i cant recommend this at all, the mounting system is god awful. I've gone back to my reliable trust ol' deepcool AK400 for now. no issues now whatsoever.Avoid this AIO IMO.

Arctic have done it again with there amazing liquid cooler! upgrading from Arctic Freezer II they made some good changes that make it just that better and compared to other AIO’s which can cost double the price which don’t always have the best temps or it sounds too loud

For anyone having trouble installing, on one side slightly unscrew the two screws on the bracket, allowing it to lift slightly. This just gives you enough room to screw down the other side. Then once that has been screwed in a little bit screw back down the bracket and evenly screw the pump into the mount. Other than that really good performance over my NZXT Z63!
