****UPDATE**** 8/19/24 On 8/9/24 I reached out for help through the Troubleshooting section of the order section. An Amazon support representative was able to assist me with getting in touch with the manufacturer since the seller was unable to be reached until the following business day. I ended up emailing them several videos of how the device wasn’t working and they said that it was in fact defected and sent me a new one which arrived the following day. I used it last night and can already tell that the first drill I received was defective from the beginning. This new drill never stopped when I increased the speed and I was able to use it as much as I needed while doing my dip nails and it never once overheated. ****ORIGINAL REVIEW**** 8/7/24 This drill worked well for the first three times I used it and as I tried to use it just now, only 1-2 drill bits worked and one wasn’t even the right one I needed. The device gets very hot and I unplug the drill from the power box, let it cool, then try again and it works for another minute, maybe two. I’m going to try and return it with hopes I get a full or even a partial refund.

I love my drilll no problems I charged it fully when It first arrived an the charged lasted a good 3wks I noticed when it like glitched like the speed wouldn’t go higher I was like oh I haven’t Charged it ! Fully charged her up no more problems. this is a good drill perfect for beginners and experts the price is worth the quality it’s MAKARTT you can’t go wrong buy you some more bits some have very strong power remove all polish even stubborn glitter I would purchase another one from this company if something ever happened to this drill it’s great

I unfortunately had to change my review of this from 5 stars to 1 star because I am so sadly disappointed in this. I bought this thinking it would be perfect for my job.There were SO many good reviews about it so I thought why not. Unfortunately, the second week of my job and it was about the 5th time I used it, I was using this and the drill completely stopped for no reason. I panicked at work because I was with my client and I was trying to finish her nails on time as she was in a little hurry. I couldnt figure out the problem within minutes so I used my friends to finish. When I had time, I overlooked my drill and realized the bottom piece where the chord is connected was very loose. I unscrewed the bottom and the motor fell out so easily. I tried to put it back perfectly so many damn times and it did NOT want to work properly again. I had to tape the bottom just so it would screw back on not loose and turn on and work again. Also, the white grip piece got so freaking loose when I was drilling and it was annoying having to stop and push it back up every 5 minutes. It also feels so cheaply made and all the plastic disappointed me. I want to just throw this away and never see it again, but I guess I will keep it since I paid a full $70 for it. I hope this problem did not happen to anyone else, but I would not reccomend buying from my own experience. The sad part is. I cant even return or get my money back because the day it stopped working coincidentally was the day after i couldnt return. I'm sorry for this horrible review but it's my honest experience. On a good note, I love the markartt art brushes and i highly reccomend them but just not this drill.

I ordered the gold drill bits. I had a poly-gel nail that was lifting near the cuticle, so I needed to remove the cured gel nail. I dreaded doing it, because with my other drill bits, that can take forever! Well, I got out the gold drill bits. (I printed out pictures and captions below them that explain what the different shaped bits should be used for.) I had used a gel soak-off polish with poor coverage on that nail, so I had to remove six layers of cured gel polish plus the actual fake nail. I couldn't believe how quickly I got down to a final layer of cured poly-gel over my nail bed. At that point, I soaked a cotton pad with acetone, put it over that fingertip, and wrapped it in foil. In ten minutes, the poly-gel softened and I just pushed it off. Voila! I was down to my undamaged, natural nail. I felt like dancing! I have nine other nail extensions to remove to have a whole new set! And now I don't dread the job! This DIY lady is a very happy customer! I highly recommend these Makartt drill bits! A word to the wise: I've read reviews that speak of snagging the skin with these drill bits. I happened to watch a YouTube video of a technician using an e-file, and her bits had a flat, smooth end. She kept that end toward the skin--i.e., nail sidewalls and cuticles. She did not injure herself. So that is what I did with these bits. There is a thin, conical bit used for cleaning up the sides of the nail. Even though I got right down into the sidewall crevice to remove cured poly-gel, I never hurt myself. This set also has a thinner, conical bit used for cleaning away excess glue or globs of cured acrylic or poly-gel. That stuff is so hard to get off! This little bit is amazing at the job. I used what is sometimes called a "duplicate" polygel kit for the set of nails I'm wearing now. Essentially, you lay the polygel inside what looks like a clear, fake fingernail. Then you press it over your natural nail and cure it. It's very nifty for beginners, but when I used these duplicate nails to apply extended gel nails, I had polygel ooze out at the tip of my fingers, causing a build-up of gel under the nail extension. I've since moved on to the foil, stick-on forms, like those used by technicians to build acrylic nails, but I still have that "kit" set of botched nails to remove. These drill bits will make my job incredibly easy! And if I'd had them when I did that first set of nails, I could have cleaned away all that ooze! Don't hesitate. These bits really work great, and the price is right. I'll buy more if my first set wears out. I've included a pic of the nail I removed and rebuilt last night with a foil form.

Mega ! Kam auch sehr schnell an. + Das Herzstück hat ein sehr schönes Design, hochwertig aber dennoch nicht zu schwer, das Handstück ist auch sehr sehr gut und liegt toll in der Hand man merkt sofort das man was gutes in den Händen hält. Der Motor ist wirklich sehr sehr leise, ich konnte dabei sogar gemütlich telefonieren. Der Drill hat wirklich eine sehr hohe Leistung! Sogar viel mehr als man braucht sag ich jetzt mal, denn kein Nagel Designer würde es auf maximaler Stufe nutzen denke ich (evtl. für nen Kunstnagel zu kürzen, aber bitte nur Profis, da das Gerät wirklich ne heftige Drehzahl hat und einen unter Umständen verletzen kann). Man kann es voll geladen nutzen, aber auch am Kabel angeschlossen kann man es nutzen. Habs bisher nur einmal aufgeladen, (bei der Ankunft) der Akku hält immer noch. - Ich hätte mir 2 Aufsätze mehr bei diesem Set gewünscht. Schließlich ist ja auch noch Platz in dem Aufsatz Behälter 😜 +- Man kann sich von Makarrt noch Aufsätze bestellen, sehen auch süß/cool aus, allerdings 30€ und dann hat man manche natürlich doppelt weil sie ja schon in diesem Set dabei sind. Naja hat man halt paat zum Ersatz 🤗 Hoffe diese Rezension war aufklärend und hilfreich 😘
