Wish I bought it sooner- would have saved my sanity!
My four year old is his worst enemy when he is sick. He absolutely doesn’t like taking medicine of any kind, and along with that he hates blowing his nose or us fussing over him at all when he’s sick. We’ve tried two other nasal suction devices over the years. Of course we started with the nose Frida manual sucker when the kids were babies. That worked great for back then, on an unruly grumpy four year old… not so much. I also wanted to retire from sucking booger residue. Even with a filter, obviously some of that stuff is getting into my mouth. Yuck! Then we tried another one on here, it’s handheld, takes batteries and has two buttons, one that powers it and one that turns on a light. It didn’t work very well and that was suppose to be the fancy upgrade from the nose Frida. Usually I would have just gave up there, but recently my four year old came down with the flu.I finally caved and bought this after a night of him trying to blow his nose, but actually was just sucking the boogers further into his sinusesIt came on time, nicely packaged. The trick with my kid is to let him use it on himself for the first day or two. He wasn’t holding it in his nose long enough, and wasn’t putting it far enough in. Finally after a few days of him putting minimal effort into this thing, I took charge and showed him the proper way to do it, and made him do it the right way.I use this in conjunction with his portable nebulizer, with a simple saline solution in it. He uses that for about a minute or two, let things get nice and moist and then we go in with this sucker. It’s great! It’s gentle, I don’t know how many setting it has exacts but I think the max I saw was five. It has two different soft tips, it holds a charge for days and the best part is it’s easy to clean. The night light mode would be nice if I had a baby, and I guess is handy even with my four year old. This device is definitely worth the splurge, I’d buy it ahead of cold season just to be prepared but it’s good even in the thick of a cold. I will say, I saw on TikTok that you can hook a nose Frida up to a breast pump in a pinch. I kind of wish I had remembered about that before ordering this as I have two spectra breast pumps just sitting in my closet. But something tells me my child would pitch a fit if I tried putting some DIY contraption up his nose.If your kid is headstrong like mine, especially when sick, every detail matters. How you present the required task, giving them space to do it on their “own terms” or at least the illusion of control… this little device helps with that tremendously. He was waking up in the middle of the night and using this on his own. It’s amazing and definitely worth the splurge.Edit to add: I just bought a second one for my six year old. He is more willing to do saline rinses and blow his nose but the results are not great. Both my kids are sick (again 🥴) I realized that one of these snot suckers won’t cut it so big brother is getting his own. I’ve since recommended it to another mom friend and she said it’d be great for her four year old but also her ten year old. I think it takes a while for kids to effectively blow their nose. In the meantime this little gadget will come in handy!

Best gadget ever!! I have a 6 month old baby and i would use the Frida nose sucker and I would struggle so much she would cry and get frustrated! With this little machine you are able to put the suction level up or down !! And all boogies are out in a heart beat!!Definitely adding this to baby shower gifts !

works great
I bought this to try on my adult autistic son who I have struggled to teach to blow his nose and he loves it. He asks to use it because it does a good job clearing his nose. Best thing ever

Fantastic design and great suction
Yes perfect for my little ones nose. The all in one nose suctioning tools get all green and gross under neath the plastic and you can clean them properly. I’m so thankful that this one is much easier to clean to keep everything hygienic for my little ones nose.

Do yourself a favor, buy it!
Great suction! Easily cleaned! Life saver when you have infant twins and a toddler with snot rivers coming out their noses. Definitely worth the cost and they’ve got cute colors too!Night light is helpful with middle of the night suctioning. Music not necessary but my toddler likes flipping through the sounds. She can use it herself now too, with some supervision.

Just right
Much better fit in my baby's nose than with the other two products I've bought. Good suction and love the music & light features, good for distracting the little one
