This is a great painless hair remover. It leaves my skin overall smooth, and gets the hair right at the top of your skin. The only downside to this product is that it gets clogged very easily!! You absolutely have to remember to clean it, otherwise, so much hair will back up inside it and stop working all together. Usually, the hair falls in the base, however mine also takes off dead skin. Its important to clean the blades as well, or else you will end up like mean, taking the whole thing apart and cleaning it piece by piece. The battery life is amazing! Ive had this for quite a while now, and havent had to change the battery. Its a perfect pocket size tool, and it comes with a nice light attached to it.

Miracle for lip and chin hair. I have finally found the ONE. To my menopausal friends out there - listen up. I have tried many, many products over the years & spent tons of money. This is IT. I'm in menopause, HRT with TEST, and come from Greek heritage which means horrible hair in the wrong places to begin with. Some of you know what I mean. I literally have a mustache and when I shaved with regular electric shaver (larger and the tiny ones) of any kind, it leaves a stubble feeling behind. Not with this one. Shaves it off smoothly, have not had any issues with hair being pulled and I don't go too slow. Small enough to get close to the nostrils, also works miracles on the chin, thinner and thicker hairs that I used to pluck nightly. I don't get too crazy about cleaning & drying the skin. Can be used on the go. May not last as long but if you need it, use it. Getting a second one for the car/purse/travel bag. It does help to use a magnifying mirror! Time will tell how long it lasts. Now they need to make one that has 2-3x the surface for my arms.

This really works! I highly recommend this hair remover. I loved mine so much, I bought one for my Mom and it stopped working. With one easy phone call, the manufacturer took care of the problem right away and has great customer service.

Unfortunately, as I have gotten older, I now have fairly numerous coarse, black hairs on my chin and neck and I have tried waxing, laser treatments, depilatories, and tweezing. None of which work very well, especially since I have very sensitive skin. I was at my dermatologist’s office recently and her assistant recommended this Finishing Touch Flawless Facial Hair Remover. She said that it works great, and I asked her specifically if it would make my skin feel smooth and she said it would. This is not true!! It seemed to work well on cutting the hair short and was almost invisible, but when I run my hands over my chin and neck, it still feels very stubbly and as a woman, that is definitely not the result I am looking for! I’m so disappointed that it didn’t work, because she really said it works well for her. However, she’s young and maybe she has soft peach fuzz, or hair that isn’t coarse. The PROS for this little shaver is that it is compact, cute, easy to use and may work very well for peach fuzz or other less-coarse facial hair, but I don’t want my face to feel stubbly, so I’m going to have to return it. I will revert back to using my razor, since it’s the only thing that works very well and gives me a smoother shave.
