Searching for in depth mql5 programming help, this book with the downloadable software is the best I've found so far. I have referred to in constantly. includes instructions on how to program for hedging and non-hedging accounts with lots of excellent code examples. I highly recommend it.

If you are looking for serious MQL5 learning, look no further, this is the book. I will give more stars if I could. Also, in page 3 it starts! Its the first technical book I read (and I read a lot) that starts right to the business in page 3! You will learn the basics, OOP, how to make some EAs, indicators, scripts, pending orders, trailing stops, etc, etc every step it is explained, great book. Of course then you will have to go to mql5.com and continue exploring there, but the book for example give you base files (all explained through the book) so then you do not have to modify too much things when you start with different strategies, indicators (the ones in MT5 and the ones you make). So, for me, it is great.

This is a very good reference work. Well thought out and easy to use. I will recommend it. Pity there is no Kindle version though.

I'm not interested in reading and Following along with someone who doesn give you an example but every example? I have not read it entirely. I found some mess ups i.e. Dot operator mql5 calls a dot operator a point operator.... It's a book get the ebook then the computer can read it aloud...I am at the time having a udemy.com course kirill eremko of fore boat.com he teaches mql4 make algorithmic bot also eabuilder.com is a fast approach also as mql4's meta editor for coding, but very excited for iexpertadvisor.com's vtr program so to understand with these materials.

Fortunately, this book is excellent.And I say fortunately, because there is little choice when it comes about programming in mql5.Besides the MetaQuotes documentation and this book, I could not find anything else.The concepts are clearly presented and obviously the author had the reader’s needs in his attention.Compared to other programming books (programming in general) this book is very easy to read and the information is easy to assimilate.At the moment I have some experience in mql5 and I found the book very useful for myself. Certainly it will help me to develop my skills and I am sure it would be useful for the more experienced programmers as well.

There are few authors that have captured the understanding of how to write a technical book. He tells you the theory and explains that theory in careful detail assuming you have no prior knowledge of the subject. This is his secret . . . one that every author would do well to take heed.

You can find the same information online, so really this book is just for providing an organized tutorial. It's only "ok", still had to look a lot of things up online that the book left out.

Best teaching book ever ! A must have book. Simple and eficient ! All you need to learn mql5 from start !
