I have used many equipment and types of strap. But this one is the best, it won't slip. It's comfortable and I have used it for more than 3-4 months now. Still same performance. Hopefully should last for 1 year more atleast. Good fitting and free size. I improved my lifting from 120 to 170 with these straps, over a time of 4 months. So, go for it. Definitely helpful.
