Love this as it actually works. Given to everyone who has difficulty sleeping and the same results throughout. My sister complained about the taste the following morning but I have never noticed. Wake up feeling good, very easy to swallow. I hope these aren’t addictive!

I have suffered so long with not being able to get off to sleep, my doctor was very reluctant to give me any type of aid because of addiction, so I have become an insomniac, my brain wouldn't switch off! My job was on a 3 shift rotation, so it became virtually impossible to get any rest. I have tried everything, but nothing helped, until I found these! I can truly and honestly recommend this product. I take 1 pill an hour before bed and I fall asleep so easy. The first time I tried these, I woke up the next morning, and I was amazed! I slept. I fell asleep and I didn't realise. I know that sounds mad, but I felt great. I researched sleeping aids and these had great reviews so I took a leap and ordered. I have now ordered my 2nd pack and I will continue to order. I haven't experienced any dodgy side effects. I do dream, but they don't bother me, they're quite nice dreams really. I would definitely recommend these pills if ur having any issues like I've described. They have no taste, and are small and easy to swallow. Give them a try, what have u got to lose. I have a long term neurological condition (Primary Lateral Schlerosis), and taking one of these tablets paralysed me for over 12 hours.I, literally, could not lift up my torso with my arms and legs. It happened very quickly, and I spent the night lying in my hallway until someone came the next morning.This product should have a warning on it.I have been given a full refund by the seller, but that is the least they should be doing.I have tried many 'over the counter' sleep aids over the years, and this is the first time that anything remotely like this has happened.I can normally walk around unaided indoors, and use a stick if walking outside.

I’m going through the menopause and not be able to sleep is one of the side effects, I take one at night half an hour before I go to bed and I sleep all night!! I don’t even wake up anymore as I used to do and not be able to fall asleep. I highly recommend it. It can have a bad taste, but if is swallowed with plenty of water, is ok. I worth having the bad taste and enjoy a good night sleep.

I was very shocked when these actually worked! I’ve had trouble sleeping and waking up through the nights for a long time. Takes me so long at night to be able to fall asleep, tossing and turning. I’ve bought other sleeping tabs before that haven’t worked. After reading reviews on these i thought I’d give them a go, I’ve been taking them for a few weeks now and every single day of taking them (about half hour before bed) I’ve fallen asleep so quick, not waken up half as much in the night and 90% of the time been able to sleep through the night. These really have worked for me! Amazed.

These work better than many products I have tried. It is not surprising as they are based on the Huberman Sleep Cocktail formula. I am on my 2nd packet but am not planning to order any more for the foreseeable future. They are quite pricey at £1 per tablet and I plan to do some further experimenting with purchasing the magnesium, apigenin and theanine components separately. I am hoping to find a combo that works well for me without the vile aftertaste that these have, they really are quite awful in that respect.

I am shocked at how well this works. I bought it for my husband who struggled to sleep when he was on night shift, previously he’d go to bed at 7am and was lucky if he slept until 11am, after taking this, one day, he slept until 3pm and consistently until 1:30/2pm, at first I was concerned in case he had died 😂 then I suffered with a period of insomnia and this had me falling asleep with in 30 minutes, amazing !
