I really love this product. It uses water to help with the contact; instead of, using specific gels.It is easy to clean and store. I love that you can remove the main unit and charge it.The contraction really helps the deep inner abs and the belt fits really well.It is well made and works really well.It is effective.

It was hard for me to get this to work I did not understand how to get it to work and it barley fit me even tho I tried to tighten it up

This product is great. It lets you set your desired frequency. Watch out the higher you go, it’ll definitely work those muscles.It did fit my 38” inch waist just fine with o problems, but could see an issue with bigger waist sizes. Overall, I am happy with my purchase!

Great product but comes with absolutely no instructions what so ever on the settings Or intensity levels. But over all satisfied
