For goodness sake don't drag it!
This bag is ok. It seems to be designed for taller people. I'm 5'2" and slinging it on a shoulder was impossible because of my center of gravity. So....it hit pavement once or twice. Mind you I didn't drag it up and down a street. Holes in the bag were created from those 2 touch downs. It did however fit my hiboy scooter.
