I swear by this stuff! I was regularly getting clogged ducts and even ended up with horrible mastitis. I’ve been taking 2x/day for about two weeks now and haven’t had a single clogged duct since! And it’s not for a lack of supply, as my supply has remained good. If anything, it might’ve improved because it’s not constantly getting clogged. It says take 1-2 daily for maintenance and 3-4 for help during a clog, but I started taking when I actively had a clog, and the 2 a day helped tremendously. No issues at all with digestion or stomach problems for me or my baby. I will absolutely be keeping this in my vitamin rotation and will be ordering more when I eventually run out!

If you are consistent with it you will not get clogged . I am a girly who gets clogged so quick even by just wearing a bra it’s honestly horrible but with this supplement I am able to get the clogged duct out with no problem. As for milk supply going up I don’t see a difference but it hasn’t dropped either . 4 weeks pp pumping / breastfeeding every three hours .

Ive been asking this for years while nursing. With my first i kept getting clogged ducts and the pain rhat goes with it. Since adding this no more problems!! The best way to prevent clogged ducts and make nursing less painful!

This stuff is amazing and is an absolute must when breastfeeding. I can tell when I forget to take a morning or evening dose, my boobs will begin to feel slightly engorged. I’ve been taking this since my baby girl was 2 weeks old (she is now almost 5 months old) and I exclusively breastfeed now - although I was exclusively pumping for the first month or two. I take one pill in the morning and one at night - in the beginning I would sometimes take an additional one or two in the afternoon to help with clogged milk ducks. But that was before my supply regulated and have only needed to take the morning and evening dose since. I highly, highly recommend - well worth the cost! It lasts forever as well, I just reordered my second bottle so far. Pills don’t smell, no additional side effects like most (doesn’t effect sleep quality) and the ingredients are safe and okay to take with most allergies (at least CMPA and soy allergy).

I made no other changes in my diet besides taking this twice a day on an empty stomach an hour before breakfast and an hour after my last meal and I went from high cholesterol to normal. My doctor was astonished as I did lose any other weight. Also seemed to help my blood sugar? I want diabetic, but she noticed a marked drop in my fasting sugar levels. Didn't upset my stomach, no taste, no smell, deep amber color. They're as big pricey, but cheaper and healthier than cholesterol meds.

Does the job well! Worth the money for sure. There is no taste which is great however the pills are quite large, so if you have issues with swallowing pills I would recommend something smaller.

This is such a great product. I just wish I’d started it from the beginning with my first baby. I definitely am starting it proactively with my second. Unlike many products I can actually tell a difference when I’ve been taking it or not. I have a tendency toward developing clogged ducts if I get any kind of engorgement, and this makes such a difference both with relief and prevention, as well as pumping comfort and speed. I gift it to all my friends who are first time moms and plan to breastfeed/pump. It does add up, especially if you’re taking any other supplements as well, so often I’d take a half dose maintenance dose, and then just up it if a problem was developing (usually just after traveling or other long time commitments where it was difficult to find time to pump or nurse) and that was still enough to help. I’m expecting my second baby in the next few weeks and and definitely going to be starting it from day one.

I take mine during pregnancy for choline, it is a good source of it. Then during breastfeeding I take one a day for clog prevention and choline support. If I take it daily I never get a clog. This my 2nd baby and still is true. Breastfed with my first for 13 months and this one I am 3 months in on. Both times I have used this product.
