Worked a treat and was able to very easily replace the fitting on my toilet seat; seat is now secured firmly and fitting looks very robust. No issues so far.

Rarely do I feel the need to write a review about a toilet seat fitting, but this is the third set I've got, having been fighting with those bloody awful expanding rubber ones. These work great! Recommended for all your toilet seat fitting needs...

These type of toilet seat fittings should only be used whenever the persons using them are on overweight.

Purchased a new Ideal Standard loo seat which came with a bizarre fitting that I couldn't get to work, even after I worked out how the various pieces were (probably) supposed to be assembled. Whereas this cheap replacement is simple and robust, and I liked getting the spare set in case I somehow destroyed the first one (my confidence was a bit low at this point after my Ideal Standard experience). It is a very tight fit, and certainly with our loo the plastic plugs need to be hammered into place using a small rubber mallet (or in my case a wooden meat tenderiser - main thing is to avoid using something that might possibly crack the toilet bowl!) Once they're in position they're certainly not going to come loose any time soon, and it's a matter of a moment to fix the toilet seat using the screws provided. Feels very secure, time will tell, but if there are any problems I'll return and update this review.

Does the job, easy to install , they're staying strong and stable.

For the money I am very impressed did the job first time I’ve fixed toilet seat !
