Crispy crumb mozzarella sticks
Actually pretty good. Work well in an airfryer. So great for sharing and dipping. Slightly under seasoned so you can go mad with a strong set of flavorful dips. In an air fryer the mozzarella will melt and the outside batter will be crisp.

Cooked them in the air fryer and they were still so oily. No cheese pull even possible as the cheese was so stodgy
