Ordered one that didn’t come. Gave a second chance and ordered another one. Excellent product. This time arrived on time and as expected. So far is a great product. Sturdy and strong. Easy to maneuver. Real nice.

Ordered this for my disabled father. It came well assembled, but we had a little issue with one wheel. I contacted the seller, and they fixed the situation quickly. We have gone through several scooters/electric wheelchairs with my father over the years. As he has aged, he has difficulty seeing where he is going. This scooter/electric wheelchair allows his caretaker to grab him or take over the driving for him in tight situations. Plus, the price was very reasonable.

Do NOT order this chair. It is a low quality poorly manufactured chair. The item arrived and the frame is either tweaked or welded wrong as it sits crooked. The seat bar is bent. The charger is broken. I have contacted the seller and they either do not understand English or intentionally are trying to avoid solving the problem. I contacted amazon customer service and am hoping they make this right. What a long a drawn out problem. I ordered the chair in good faith that I would receive a quality product, but instead it is a poor quality manufactured item with no customer service. DO NOT ORDER THIS CHAIR

Lays back electronically. Leg rests come up electronically. After easily removing the armrest, I am able to slide my mom out of bed and into the chair. We have put pillows over any questionable metal areas (or pool noodle) to prevent her accidentally bruising on them. She is basically a quadriplegic. This is going to be a life changer. Tires excellent. Battery included. Easily goes together. Charges in a short time with included charger. Very quiet. 100 stars! Leg rests do not go down to have the knees at 90 degree angle, but she needs her feet up.

Pros: Good solid wheelchair, very comfortable and folds up nicely.Cons: it is very heavy, and the rabbit setting (speed) is too fast. I have to be very careful not to go speeding down the ramp and so on.

We don't have any complaints on this chair. My husband can get around very easy, the control is easy to learn. The seat is 20" wide, and that was the selling feature for us. Also the reclining feature was big and works great.

The charger no longer works. I received in June. I tried reaching out to the company for a replacement charger and have heard nothing. Can someone assist please.

Great quality. Easy to operate. Easy to disassemble and reassemble.
