If you want to help double chin, mount breathing you need it. So good for money. Easy to use

Leaves me with flat hair. It easy to wear, feels okay on face and did not see much face change.

I love simplicity! This strap is the most simple, affordable, lightweight, and effective strap I've tried. I like it far more than any other design, and recommend it for these reasons.However, I do have one critique... I like to wear my strap to be sufficiently tight, but when I do this my chin, poking through the hole, gets cold (lack of circulation) and the hole leaves a round impression mark in my skin which takes a while to disappear. This is the only place on my face that this happens. I have solved this problem by placing a round cotton pad over the hole (on the inside) while wearing the strap overnight. I DO have "chin", as they say, so this is probably the reason for my problem and likely wouldn't be an issue for anyone with an average or small chin.

I had been using tooth guards to sleep with but this applies enough pressure on my jaw to prevent me from grinding my teeth. Feels so much better than the silicon tooth guard and works as well. All of that in addition to keeping my neck firmer. A double bonus!
