I use this bipod and my bolt action rifle as I got tired of shooting off bags while prone. I like the extra stability it provides me compared to shooting off a sandbag. The legs are adjustable to 10 inches which is nice if you need the extra height when shooting in hilly terrain. Overall a good bipod.

Very wide, not light weight.
Compared to other bipods, this thing is a chungas. It's very wide and is far heavier than my other bipods, which do not have carbon fiber in them. I'm not seeing the benefit of the width or weight either, unless you want to add weight to your rifle. It is a solid bipod, but don't be fooled - it's heavy. I knocked the second star off for the price. I don't see the value here.That said - it's a solid bipod that can "swivel" so you make sure your shot isn't canted.
