If you want a quality socket set you can someday pass on to your grandchildren, this is it. I had never heard of the brand Grey Pneumatic before my purchase, but I won't forget it. GP makes good products. I now have the 3/8” and 1/4” sets. Look great and work well. I love that these come in complete sets. I hate missing sizes like a craftsman set. These are way cheaper than Snap On and are still a professional tool.

These Grey Pneumatic Duo-Sockets are work horses. Use these primarily on electric ratchets and they hold up significantly well. good set, quality is good. i bought for my milwuakee m12 impact driver, i am very hard on my tools, and these have not broke yet. i will buy the 3/8 set aswell.

This is a wonderful socket set. The ratchet is very smooth and works splendidly. The only issue I have had is finding a proper socket rail that will hold all of these sockets! Many sets don't include the 4.5mm or 5.5mm, which is nice that GP has included. This is a true complete set. The extensions are great. The easy to read numbers are a great feature as well. Overall a great set. The only (possible) negative is some state black sockets are easier to lose in an engine bay, but I have yet to have that issue. I will be buying the other complete GP sets to round out my toolbox.

The mac truck driver at my shop recommended grey pneumatic as a cheaper alternative to mac tools for starting mechanics or at home tool sets because they are a lot cheaper than mac tools. the mac driver carries grey pneumatic tools and offers and honors the lifetime warranty on grey pneumatic tools for professional use with impacts and other power tools. they are not the same quality as mac, Matco, or snap on tools by any means. but i do like them more than craftsman tools. My only complaint is that the tools come coated in a light film of oil. That oil is necessary to prevent the sockets from rusting. I bought a 3/8 set of grey pneumatic duo sockets 7 years ago. some of the more used sockets have had the oil worn off. A few of those sockets have developed some surface rust. it comes off when polished, and does not affect the performance of the tools. i bought this quarter inch set to my tool collection recently. it seems to be the same quality as the 3/8 set. I'm happy with my purchase for my at home toolbox. btw, amazon has a way better price on grey pneumatic tools than my mac truck. my mac driver has said he will warranty the tools regardless of where i bought them. i recommend grey pneumatic sockets to most of my friends.

I have both ⅜" and ¼" drive versions of the Grey Pneumatic duo socket master sets in 6 point, and the deep metric 6 point ½" drive set. I love them all, I don't even have chrome sockets at the moment, don't know if I will. The ratchets in these sets could be better for the money, a bit crunchy but glad to have them. My only complaints with them are that they should include universal joint for this price and I would trade the ratchet in a heartbeat, the ¼" master set doesn't have a handle for the case and only the handle driver is a wobble type.

I love this 1/4” set. It’s very convenient to have metric and standard easily accessible in the same set. All seems good quality. Actually had same set for 10 years. But lost it. And bought this set. Found original set, but keeping this new one also
