I’ve been using this baby monitor for a few days now, and I’m absolutely impressed! The combination of having both a parent unit and app support makes it so convenient to monitor my baby from anywhere. The video quality is fantastic, and the night vision is crystal clear, which really gives me peace of mind when checking on my little one at night. One of the standout features is the new AI functionalities like face cover detection and advanced sleep insights. The AI alerts me instantly if it detects anything unusual, like my baby's face being covered, which is a total game-changer for safety. The sleep insights have helped me understand my baby’s sleep patterns better, and the sleep trainer feature is a great bonus for developing healthier sleep habits. I also love the two-way talk back feature, which lets me soothe my baby without having to enter the room, and the excellent night vision makes it easy to check on him even in complete darkness. It’s like having a tech-savvy babysitter 24/7! We’ve had this monitor for our twins for 8m now and it’s just whatever…honestly I wish I had invested a little more and just gotten a better monitor like the nanit or something. For this price I really wish the functionality was better. For starters, the viewing monitor that it comes with is the WORST. Used it for a while, but it has so little battery life despite way it advertises and makes the loudest beeping noise when battery is running low. Also for some reason we couldn’t get it to show BOTH monitors…we only had it set up to show one monitor when babies were in the bassinet setting in their cribs. Once babies were in the bigger crib setting we set up both cameras. We were able to do two camera mode on our phones/ipad but not on the handheld monitor they provide. We ended up just not using the handheld monitor at all so it was annoying to have to keep flipping to the app on whatever device we’re using because it takes forever to load. Connectivity of the cameras is also so bad. It’s constantly disconnecting or loading which is not great when I hear my baby crying and I’m trying to MONITOR them to see if I need to go in or not. If this were a security camera, whatever crime was happening in your house would be done by the time you were able to load and view. I really hate it but because it just barely “gets the job done” and does have features like saving some footage for a little bit (or longer if you pay which is also annoying), and the picture IS clear. I’m giving it 2.5/3 stars. Just one of those things where I bought it, don’t love it, but it kinda does what it’s supposed to and now I’m stuck with it cause it feels wasteful to change it at this point. UPDATE: changing my review to 1 star. Please…please please do yourself a favor and don’t get this monitor. Cameras are always going offline (not a home connectivity issue because security cameras around our home all stay connected JUST fine.) I have to tiptoe into my twins room to unplug and then replug the cameras. Only detect some motion. A year later and I’m so upset I went with this camera. Please do yourself a favor and get anything else.

This camera has completely transformed our monitoring experience. From the easy setup to the high-quality performance, everything has been effortless. The video clarity is excellent, even in the dark, thanks to its advanced night vision, which provides peace of mind, day or night. We are quite impressed by the AI-powered feature offerings and are still in experience phase. The motion detection and cry alerts are impressively precise, and the AI does a great job of filtering out unnecessary notifications, so I only get alerts when they truly matter. I love how it keeps me informed in real time without bombarding me with alerts. One of my favorite features is the Picture-in-Picture mode, which allows me to use my phone for other tasks while keeping an eye on the video feed. The wide-angle lens gives a full view of the room, eliminating the need to constantly adjust the camera. The accompanying app is intuitive and offers a wealth of features, such as sleep tracking and the ability to view recorded clips. I also appreciate the strong security features, including encrypted streaming, which ensures our family's privacy is protected. In summary, I highly recommend it!

Easy setup with great monitor quality and app functionality but disappointed that i pay this much to still have to pay for a subscription for alarm features.

I can’t say enough good things about this baby monitoring system! From the moment I set it up, I felt confident in its functioning. The camera provides excellent video quality and app is packed with lots of features. It alerts about baby’s movements, sounds keeping me informed even when we are not in the room. The talk-back function to talk to baby is also good, and we appreciate the additional features like temperature monitoring, which helps us ensure my baby’s comfort. The app also offers a Baby tracker tool where we can capture lots of digital information about our baby's growth and development. App launch page says certified for some ISO standards, gives me confidence that my data is secure. This monitor truly makes parenting easier. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable baby monitoring solution!

Was pretty easy to setup. Have some issues with the app connecting sometimes. The parent unit worked pretty good for the almost 2 years we had it until it was dropped and no longer has any sound.

So far, we love it. Good quality, came with mobile app and its own screen. The only draw back is, we have to pay to have more than one phone see the video feed from the app

Last update. Product support told me there are defects in the product. I requested refund for warranty and they are not answering. Money is lost. This is an update downgrading to 1 star given I can't give a cero or negative, after some work with support finally cameras were working, NIGHTMARE BEGUN AGAIN when for some reason I had to disconnect from electricity the cameras. Once I connected them again, one of them was lost. They did not sync and even the monitor lost its connection, the monitor that is supposed to work flawlessly. The camera again after re sync with android is again not connecting. So, I have now the most expensive and useless accessory over one of my twin's head. All below in previous remains unchanged. Ahh.. Olive outside USA, and solution was to give me another mount in the US. Wow. Parents device doesn't last long charged, better to have it connected all the time. Brightness is adjustable but when its screen is turned off it's back to the highest. When using split mode for the two cameras some data get stuck, like battery life, temperature and time. I bought the premium plan for a year and cameras did not sync with the plan, not sure why I need to separately link them with premium and the hubble app. When using the app, the cameras doesn't connect 50 percent of the time and it is needed to close the app and try again which is annoying at night when trying to check on babies despite it says wifi is at 100 percent. It's for twins so you need two of everything but only comes with one crib mount, does it make any sense? The most annoying thing is for sure, the connectivity issues with the cameras. Ahh and in 2025 it only works with 2.4 hz wifi network.
