Utterly Disappointing
It was highly uncomfortable if you use it in travel then that massager part will push on your neck and cause pain.Heating mentioned is useless and hardly felt. Massager as well doesn’t massage on the spot where a cervical person needed to be massaged.

It's very nice for senior citizens, they felt very good while traveling. Nicely incorporated massager in the pillow.But it's very costly.
