Might spare you a PIA fork seal replacement
You know how old I am? I'm old enough that I used to use a strip of 35mm photographic film to do what this simple tool does...cleans dirt and grit out from between your fork seal and the Who has 35mm film around the house nowadays that you can cut off a piece of the leader from the end of the roll of film...This simple to use tool...tools actually...not sure why you get two when one tool will do the job....is a bit more scientific and durable than a piece of photographic film...it easily slides between the fork seal and the fork tube itself, to dislodge and clean out any dirt/grit/whatever that will ultimately destroy your fork o-ring, requiring a complete removal and disassembly of your forks. This is even more important with bikes that have upside-down forks, which can leak a lot more than standard conventional forks. This tool might not spare you the necessity of replacing your fork seals, but it just takes a few minutes, and might actually clean the fork/o-ring juncture to the point where a replacement isn't necessary.A must have for any motorcycle tool box, especially for dual-sport/dirt riders...

As good as the "other" brand. See pics in my review.
I have both. This one, and the tried and true brand name $30 red one that has saved me from catastrophic oil leaks at Hartfield McCoy. Despite the brand, these work if you exactly follow the instructions or watch the video. The idea is that you can clean the grit / mud out of your fork seal, which is usually the only reason it is leaking. So I ordered these as a low cost alternative for a spare in my trailer, and as you can see in the pics, it's an identical copy. The majority of the injection mold reliefs are the same too (not all, but most). Plastic feels the same too. I'd recommend these in a heartbeat. I got the two pack for $11, I'm going to give one of them to my riding buddy.
