Just as good as they were fifty years ago excepting the square stock in use by this manufacturer is a little bit more bumpy in feel while using than the rounded out stock of yesteryear.

Rolls well but need to do it a few times to get it down, the ends front/back are stiff, probably from the glue. I think that's what's used to hold the strong threads hold the sticks together. And the majority of the mat curls/flexes loosely and that's the area I use to roll. So other than the stiff ends of the mat it does what it should and rolls even sized doobs. I just need to use it a few times and I should get the perfect firm roll.

As a boy I was fascinated by my grandfather as he rolled his own cigarettes so he taught me. Now as a grandfather I have trouble rolling mine. These provide uniformity in my smokes. It's a skill to be sure. Much better than a machine for my taste.

Brings back the 60's. My mom repaired her first one for years.

I’m so glad I picked this up. I used to use a plastic roller but I wanted to get away from a lot of plastic products. After giving that away I purchased these bamboo rollers and they are absolutely amazing. They are very easy to roll with, and I think slightly easier than using a plastic roller.

Ich nutze seit Jahren solche Drehmatten und weiß, dass sie bei täglich mehrmaliger Nutzung mit der Zeit verschleißen. Aber diese hier gehen schon nach zwei, drei Wochen kaputt. Sprich, sie lösen sich an beiden Seiten auf, sodass die Stäbchen keinen Halt mehr haben und sie unbrauchbar werden. Würde diese nicht erneut kaufen.

Came quickly. I love these for rolling. Takes all the hard work out.
