Great for immunity
I’ve been using this for almost a year and I’ve only gotten mildly sick once this season which is pretty good considering I have 2 kids in daycare and I work as a nurse. Before taking this I would be sick September till May. I also take a mushroom supplement but whichever it is has been working because my kids have been sick and I’m not getting it from them this time!

Supposedly immunity building. But huge! Hard to swallow! Will not reorder due to size.
