Practicality.
Used it a few times and found it to be a little ruff, quite powerful but effective. Has helped with my neck and shoulder pain. May not suit everyone as it can be intense but I have no complaints.

Really enjoying using this. The motion on it really gets into the sore spots and helps muscles relax. Wish I had bought one years ago. It’s so good I have bought another for family.I had to return one as the battery was defective but returns process was easy and second one was fine.

Surprisingly firm massage!
The media could not be loaded. I was pleased that this massage machine is not just necessarily for the neck and shoulders. It can be used on the back hips and thighs.Easy to use and shuts off after 10 minutes. Initially I was surprised at how deep the massage was. However, I soon got used to it. Very relaxing.
