The necklace looks good but it broke at the clasp first time I opened the clasp. The necklace was crimped onto the clasp and that is where it broke 2-3 links in the crimp nothing protruding out of the clasp so I think it was a manufacturing defectI sent it back through Amazon and got a full refund Hopefully just a one off screw upMy second try ended with an empty box BUT AMAZON took care of it instantly and resent another necklace and THIS ONE IS GREAT! Wife loves it.

I bought the 22”, 1.5mm 10k gold rope chain on May 9th. I wore it 3 times and when I put it on for the 4th time on July 20th it broke, in a place where it couldn’t be fixed. I tried to go through PORI JEWELERS to return for a refund but was told I couldn’t return it to them because it was shipped from Amazon. They would not help me in any way, simply referred me back to Amazon. Amazon told me it was beyond the 30 day return and we’re not going to be able to refund my purchase either. I finally spoke wit a customer service representative and asked why they would sell a product which cost over $145.00 and not refund the customer if the product was defective within 2 months. The best they could do for me was charge me $30 for UPS to return the product to Amazon and refund the remaining balance. I will never purchase from PORI JEWELERS again and am very disappointed in Amazon for adding a $30 fee for returning this broken necklace.2/4/24UPDATEAfter writing my original review Pori Jewelers contacted me, apologizing for my disappointment in the chain. They offered to replace the chain if that was something that I was agreeable to that. I said of course and would adjust my review upon receiving the new chain. Well it’s been the better part of a year and I never received anything from them nor did I receive further communication. I stand firmly be my original review.

I was a bit skeptical buying this one but it actually is a gorgeous chain that's pretty damn durable if you ask me. I went with the 3mm because all the other reviews complain about being to fragile and breaking and its bad quality. 100% not true in my case. I'm really glad I swooped this size as it fits with my 5 gram pendant with no problem whatsoever! Did i mention how beautiful and shiny it is?!?! Thanks guys and can't wait to purchase more from here.🥰😍🤩💯

Very pretty, nice looking gold chain but very light and poor quality. Knew it would not last, misplaced my package and missed the deadline to return it so I gave it to my son who it was bought for and it broke within a week.

I read negative reviews about this necklace but I’m very happy with my purchase! I just got it today but I gently pulled all along the necklace and it held up nicely. I bought the 3mm which gives a nice presence and is quite sparkly. I put my rather heavy cross on it and it looks amazing! I’d buy from them again!! I looked at a similar necklace at a jewelry store and it would have cost more than double.

When it came I opened it up to look at it and it was broken. I tried to reach out and no response. It was a birthday gift for my son and now it's in my jewelry box and I don't know what to do with it. It was too expensive to just forget about it. This is making me rate it I want to rate it zero but it won't let me . It's all a scam.

Well it was a good bracelet until the clasp link broke 3 months after we got it. Guess I will take it to the local jeweler for a repair.

Love this rope necklace. It really shines . I ordered the 16in so I can layer them . I will be ordering from Pori again
