Excellent quality ladder. Sturdy and stable. Largerand comfortable width, very good grippy steps and handles, safe to climb singly and stand on the platform.Leg grips spcially with centre one and belt provided don't allow wobbling or shake. Light weight for adoults easy to carry and use.on folding small space only requred for stacking, two persons can stand one on the platform and the other on steps in between to assist. Size and strength is very good for house hold works like bulb, tube, fan chaninganscleaning, AC plant maintenace, filter cleaning etc. worth for the money spent.

Delivered Houza Ladder 3 days before the mentioned delivery date. The Ladder is so strong for the homely use. Ladder is 8 ft. tall which I can clean or paint the 10 ft. hight ceiling easily. In my opinion such a tall ladder is one of the very useful and essential item in each & every house especially in town areas.

Very good quality is good

Very bad quality. Does not give confidence when a 70 kg person stands on it. Earlier had 2 riveting on both side now only single riveting. When standing on it feels that step is about to break. In my opinion go for mizu ladder, its highly stable and sturdy compared to houza ladder. Go for mizu ladder, its worth every penny

Thanks Amazon for timely delivery. I needed a ladder to climb and clean my car roof from all angles and every corner of roof so bought this 4 step ladder, well height to reach my car roof is enough but ladder wobbles / shakes when climbing on it and also when we are standing on ladder steps even on top most ladder step platform and I'm a bit disappointed with this. The ladder also had scratch marks and uneven surface at corner of topmost ladder step platform. I was not expecting it. I do not think there is any good use of 5 th extra leg provided for the ladder, infact other brand ladders who normally have 4 legs to ladders stand much better and do not wobble when climbing on them or standing on topmost step of ladders. So before you buy note that ladder is going to wobble / move / shake a little while climbing / standing on it. It's average build. I do not want to return it because I know it's difficult to transport to and from ladders are big in size. Think twice before buying this if you want ladder stability / not wobbling / not shaking ladder.
