No, no footrest, or anyway to add one.

Q: If I wanted to buy different wheels, what size do I need?

Any size wheels will do so long as they have a 3/8th inch stem in diameter

Q: Whats the difference between this one and the special edition one that cost more?

The EX SE is one of our newest models. Unlike the EX which is just fabric, the SE has both fabric and polyester as well as some upgraded components which make the chair stronger and lighter.
