The shoes quality is just good. But the looks is the same like my other redtape Chelsea boots. Style is very elegant. But the comfort is also good. As there is a cushion inside the shoe.

Manufacturing defect , how can this product pass the quality check
Sole pasting is not proper condition , there is a gap in the sole pasting that's the very bad for the shoes , i want replacement asap

Packaging issues
I have received 3 packages but it's packaging was in very bad shape and it was without Amazon plastic packaging material...Materials are coming straight in shabby packaging of supplier with cello tape stuck vunproffessionaly. Shoes are good quality and colour and look is sane as I have ordered. Good fit
