Very similar to the ones you find in most gyms with a few differences. I found the handles to be slightly thicker than the ones in most gyms and the cushioning does make it more comfortable on your palms. The material quality and the metal ring seem robust enough and it doesn't look like it will fall apart any time soon. The storage bag is a handy bonus. Easy to attach to the cables. A good addition to the kit bag and I have no complaints.

The sponge does provide a different handling sensation when lifting with these. It feels more comfortable with the sponge cushioning than what is felt with other handle attachments. I do have a concern as to the longevity of the sponge. Even when care is taken not to damage it.Although these have a higher rating than the weights I have used them with; I do feel a little flex at heavier weights and when lifting full weight stacks. This has not been experienced with other handle attachments I often use. These therefore just don't seem as sturdy and robust as those. Again the flex to me questions their potential longevity. Time will tell how they will hold up and how long they will remain in a usable condition.It is useful having the two black carabiners and a mesh drawstring storage bag included.Only one handle has a brand label sewn on it and not the other. A possible oversight in manufacturing with the product I have received? Which does make me question the quality control and care.

I have given 5 stars for every aspect of these excellent handles (for gym or home resistance exercises). I suppose I should not have commented on durability before more time had passed, but it is impossible to imagine that these sturdy handles might develop faults.The jolly yellow-colour webbing and trim cheer me up whenever I catch sight of them.I am particularly struck by the ample size of the grips. I believe they are a more generous size than those at my gym. No big bro, even wearing gloves, could possibly find himself squashed by them. They are also comfortable enough to use without gloves.I also appreciate the mesh storage bag, so much nicer than the cheap and nasty nylon bags usually supplied with resistance equipment. The handles are light, but the carabiners supplied with them are surprisingly heavy.Previous reviewers have written so informatively, I refer you to what they have to say. The current price of £14.97, reduced to £13.48 if you order before the end of February 2024, is perhaps a little dear. Worth it if you have huge hands, or love the colour yellow!

Having used free resistance bands that came packaged with my bands for the last few years, I jumped at the chance to try these and wasn't disappointed. Initial impressions tell you all you need to know, with quality finishing and materials, all with a carry case to stop them getting lost in your gym bag!In terms of performance, they are so much more comfortable than your standard bands with really good padding around the handles. There is a nice amount of space in the centre part, which is a huge plus if you have large hands like I do (which if you wear a fitness watch usually gets caught performing movements).To top it off, they are brilliant value on promotion and well worth it still even if not. Must buy if you are a regular gym user, especially if you don't want to wait around for others like me.
