Great combo
My son loves the teether that comes with this, it's one of his favorites. He's not a fan of pacifiers, so I was surprised by how much he loves the teether, I think the teeth tray like style really helps soothe his swollen gums. It's super easy to add the gel to the teether, think of it like a whitening tray. I drop some gel onto the teether and spread it along the ridges. To help even more, I keep the teether and gel in the fridge. I found this so helpful I've purchased the set twice so I can have an extra teether. I also really appreciate that the teether comes with a cover, makes it easy to travel with. The cover doesn't stay on super well, but works perfect for protecting the teether in the fridge or in the pacifier case I use to carry it on the go. The gel is good, and really seems to help take the edge off the discomfort. I've tried other brands of teething gel and this is the best for the price. The "organic" ones don't seem to help at all, and brands like Orajel come in such small quantities as to not be cost effective. I do keep some Orajel in stock as a back up, but honestly this has done the trick just as well in my opinion.

Hey, Seller! Please take special note of this review - because OH MY WORD
My baby was born with a complete bilateral cleft lip and palate. She's had the cleft lip repair, but at this point we have tried so many pacifiers - none of them work. She can't get any suction, so she can't keep a normal pacifier in her mouth.THAT'S WHY I'M HAPPY-RAVING ABOUT THE EASY TEETHER.You have no idea how much of a win your easy teether product is for cleft babies, because after her lip repair, she can keep it in her mouth as a pacifier!!!She can roll, scoot, use her walker, be on her tummy, whatever - the easy teether will stay in her mouth, which is a LOT bigger deal than you might realize, if you don't have a baby who has a cleft. If y'all have any ability to take this to your marketing team, and have the marketing team take it to the design team, and y'all have a conference about how to market this product towards special needs babies, please do so, because her ability to use a pacifier is a lot bigger deal than you realize. The teething gel is good, too - it's very gentle, and I like that it's natural. But OH MY WORD the easy teether is FANTASTIC.

We compared 4 Teething Gel Brands
Our baby started getting his teeth in early at 1 month old (when they start that early the gums are thicker, so teeth take longer to come all the way out of the gums) and was screaming in pain from his little teeth. He’s now 3 months old with 5 teeth in and a 6th on the way, so we’ve tried a lot of different teething products to try to give him pain relief. We’ve tried 4 different teething gels/drops (Mommy’s Bliss daytime/nighttime teething gels, Dr. Talbot’s teething gel, Teething Tamer, and Punkin Butt teething oil) and Punkin Butt is the clear winner! The cloves have a natural numbing effect, and the thick consistency of Punkin Butt Oil makes it easy to apply to the gums with a finger or a baby toothbrush; our baby goes from wailing in pain to immediately calmer once we apply this stuff to his gums. I imagine the other ingredients either also help with pain-relief or help calm, but all we know is this was the most effective and most affordable teething product we’ve been able to find. Teething Tamer (which also has cloves in it) was decently effective too but it’s way too expensive at $25 a bottle, and it was also more watery, thus messier to apply. The other ones we tried (Mommy’s Bliss day/night gels and Dr. Talbots, which don’t contain cloves) didn’t seem to give him much immediate pain relief, but we did notice that they seemed to do more for the teeth that had already come through the gums than the ones actively coming out. I will say that they seemed to help reduce frequency of painful wailing episodes so they probably help some with discomfort but just not immediately. The nighttime Mommy’s Bliss gel did seem to help him sleep better. The Dr. Talbot’s has arnica (which helps with pain and inflammation) and comes with a teether, but again seems better for teeth that have already cut through the gums completely because it didn’t provide the immediate pain relief needing for when the teeth are actively coming in. If your baby is wailing in pain from new teeth cutting through the gums, Punkin Butt Oil is the clear way to go.

Should've been easy but it's not
So my baby boy wants nothing to do with it no matter how much pain he is in he refuses to allow my husband and I to put it in his mouth, it's small and cute and seem handy but just not for our little one.

Teething must have
Has no specific smell, the pacifier is very soft and my girl loves chowing it, it calms her down.

good so far
So far my teething baby loves it, shes 9 months old its a little wide for her mouth but she loves scratching her gums with it. Still waiting to see if the teething gel helps but so far the little paci is great! My daughter has never used a pacifier so I was hesitant to try but it helps her scratch her gums and she holds it herself.
