Residential, not commercial, duty
Arrived in WA from FL in good shape, sooner than projected. Installation is straightforward. You may want a 2nd set of hands placing the side rails for marking and drilling while the caulked bottom rail wants to creep when it thinks you aren’t looking. Door is good quality and operates smoothly. I’ve seen some reviews that it seems flimsy. I’m replacing on older door of similar type and this door is consistent with what it is replacing. Operation is smooth. The little vinyl strip at the bottom will annoy you to no end coming out of its track, but door doesn’t leak out the bottom, so ok then.
