Defective generator
This thing want start and Amazon is telling me I can't return it what am I supposed to do? I tried everything now its just sitting in my garage

Solid product; good company
We purchased this generator in time for hurricane Milton and we thought we were sitting well. Generator turned on. Ran for about a minute. And turned back off.We reached out to the maker and they were able to assist with a quick repair. Everything is working and they were able to provide compensation to make it right.Good company. Good products. Would buy again and recommend.

Excellent Generator
Very nice generator that started easily and runs my 30 amp RV perfectly. Has enough wattage to start and run the air conditioner. The Bluetooth monitoring app it’s quite handy.

small but powerful and super quiet
Just follow directions and make sure if you store it for any amount of time that you run the engine dry of gas by shutting off the fuel flow. and keep an additivie such as Stabile or Sea foam in your gas to help the carb stay clear of sludge. Aslo non ethanol fuel will help.
