Tbh I bought this several months ago and I don't really remember why. Possibly as a supplement for fasting to provide a bit of pure amino acids for the repair processes that occur. Also, all of the EAAs must be present to build muscle, not just leucine.In my experience, pure BCAAs and EAAs usually taste very sour/acidic and don't mix well in water. This supp is no exception. The fruity flavor doesn't do anything to mask the taste. I find it tolerable, but not enjoyable. If you have a specific reason for just needing pure EAAs with no fats/carbs, and you don't care about how they taste, this will work fine. Otherwise, stick with whole food protein sources like eggs and meat with whey protein as an optional supp.

I can’t seem to get past the taste it’s disgusting and doesn’t dissolve well, definitely not worth purchasing

My son likes to take this when working out. He says that he feels his body recovers better when using this supplement. He says that his muscles do not say as sore for nearly as long when using. As a mom, I will continue to buy what works best for my son!

Will definitely buy again at the current price point.

EAA's profile is great however, the mixability and taste needs a little improvement. Otherwise, good value.
