I've been going through apple watch straps like candy. I see some that have features I like, but they either end of feeling cheap, some have irritated my skin, or they just make the watch look too small. I've always been a fan of bigger watches - I'm a bigger guy, so I like to have a similarly sized watch. Not looking for anything over the top. The thing about the UAG strap that I love is its the same width as the watch face, which helps give it a beefier appearance. I went with the gray camo, and its classy, rugged, and just enough to be interesting. Its super soft and comfortable, but I don't have any concerns about how durable it is. The velcro is tough and hasnt wanted to pull away any.Some reviews mention its for smaller wrists and i could maybe see that. I have about 1" - 1.5" of exposed velcro on the band, and I dont have huge wrists...so I would agree with the comments about giving the strap a little bit of extra fabric so there isn't a ton of exposed unused velcro. But I dont find that exposed velcro attracts anything (and I have dogs that shed a ton!).The stainless buckle adds a nice touch, but i dont even notice its there. It falls right on the side of my wrist and doesnt cause me any discomfort.I think its a matter of time for me before i look into picking up some of the other colors. Its also made me check out what else UAG has. Give this band a shot....you won't be disappointed. (but if you are, amazon offers free returns on this one!)

I am thrilled with this band so far. After wearing it for a day or so, the initial stiffness subsided and the strap seemed to mold to my wrist; the strap has seemed to break in even more (in a good way) over a week or so. It seems super tough, and I actually really like the contrast of the black band with the rose gold watch. I got the smaller band, and it fits my petite wrist perfectly. So I do think these bands tend to run small. Great purchase!

First up, the color is not orange and looks really nice. Second, the Velcro is strong (5x strips) across almost a 2” section of the strap so not easy to accidentally pull off. Third, the strap itself is nice enough not to show wear and tear due to the Velcro; it is also well built (heavy metal etc. )It is expensive for what it is. The plastic tab at the end “may” keep the watch from falling off your wrist but I am not banking on that.It is a strap for an expensive watch but other than that it is just a nylon watch strap, you’re paying for the brand.Why did I keep it? I could not find anything else in that color / style and am hoping it will last longer than many of the knock offs.

I have noticed only two possible drawbacks with this band. Firstly, the buckle on the outside is quite big. Secondly, it may not be the easiest band to put on or take off. However, despite these minor issues, I must admit that this has become one of my favorite bands for outdoor activities such as camping and hiking. Its ruggedness is definitely a plus.

I loved my UAG band for my series 5 and assumed this would be the same quality, it is not. Nylon is thin and flexible, more like elastic for your underwear than a watch band. velcro is not a solid strip but sown on in patches, like Apple’s. One size does NOT fit all as the band has a metal end that does not allow the band to slip out, well that makes it close to impossible for you to stretch it enough to get it over your hand and on your wrist. Ended up returning it and getting the “Tefeca Fortitude” as it is what the UAG band should have been.

Love this band. - My wrist is 7-1/8"Quality materials from end to end. No compromise.Just the right stretch to the band. Feels solid but still flexable .Ends snapped in the watch body perfectly with no slop. Just as good if not better than an Apple band.Metal ends and strap buckle matched the watch metal color.The wide band really feels comfortable and the side buckle, for me, is unnoticeable.UAG covers the band for a lifetime.5 stars.

Once on very comfortable. But, that’s my issue with this band, it is a total pain to take off and on. The pull tight functionality is terrible. And difficult to get over your hand. Even though it has elasticity.
