Chalk Style Paint - for Furniture, Home Decor, Crafts - Eco-Friendly - All-in-One - No Wax Needed (Jitterbug [Dark Teal], Quart (32 oz))

This was my first time using chalk paint and I was very happily surprised at how easy it is! I used this paint to paint over and give new life to a desk my dad had built me 20 years ago. It goes on thick and spreads really well, yet you get a lot of coverage out of it. I don't think even used 1/4th of a 32oz jar doing two coats on the entire desk. Dries quickly. And was super simple to apply wax on top. I tried a different brand of chalk paint after using this one, and the Country Chic brand was far superior.

I’ve used 4 different chalk paint products and this one was my favorite. Great colors and my old dining room set just got a great facelift!I started with doing the chairs and tableLegs to see how I liked using this product. Then went on to finish the China hutch. Added some self stick wallpaper to finish it off for a fun look…I’m very pleased with the color and the look! Thanks ☺️

This paint covers beautifully! It's beyond effortless and dries extremely quickly. I put it on a contractor's grade bathroom cabinet, and it adhered without the need to sand the surface prior. Due to the color of the cabinet and paint, it did require 2 coats, but this is a children's bathroom and would need it regardless. After it dried, I applied a flooring varnish to form a protective barrier. This paint did scratch off easily without the varnish. I chose the Jitterbug color and am beyond pleased with the color. I will also be applying this paint to my nightstands, and will follow with the same varnish. I would absolutely recommend this paint. Only advice would be to follow-up with a protective coating of sorts. Only downfall was the shipping taking a while, however, it came from B.C. Canada to Missouri, so that is to be expected. It was packaged very well.

Because this said you don’t need to use wax, I didn’t buy wax. So excited that I got to skip a set. But after everything dried, I noticed that there are scuff lines from even sliding a plate across the table. I will need to back and wax so there will be a coating over the chalk paint. Color is gorgeous though!

Paint was true to color shown. Lighting affects this so, be sure you understand that. All I did was use water and TSP to clean the surface, let it dry, and started painting. I chose two coats of paint. One jar painted this inside and out. Love it!
