Very helpful!
I have not finished reading this book but so far it is a very good read. I lean towards having an introvert personality and he explains by experience that there is nothing wrong with have that personality trait. If anyone is having problems being who they are whether an extrovert or introvert this is a book that I think will help you.

It's ok to be an introvert
Thank you Mr. Bechtle for showing me that God can use me exactly as I was created. For so long now I assumed I was broken because I was only good at the one on one conversations. Now I can see that might have been His intention all along.

Finally someone who understands. Very helpful
As a shy introvert I always felt there was something wrong with me, when it came to 'connecting with people', 'going door to door' , having campaigns, and most other traditional and trendy forms of evangelism, because to others it all seemed to come so easy, and I would be a bundle of nerves, unable to speak. It is for instance very hard to defend a biblical principal. Usually I know what I 'should have said' much later in the day, and felt I lost an opportunity. This book explains how different personalities interact differently with other people, that introverts don't think 'on their feet' very well, that it is normal for the introvert to need a little time to form the next sentence, and that it is perfectly OK to prefer writing or emailing over speaking or making phone calls. And most importantly that there are other ways, avenues or 'forms' to share the love and message of Christ with people, other than the conventional ways we were always taught. Thanks to Mike for publishing this book

A must read!
Finally, a book on evangelism that places the method of evangelism into the hands of the Holy Spirit!Break free from the "formula" of evangelism that we've been told we have to follow... And let the Spirit work through you as He chooses! This is an amazing book that will set you free from the legalistic evangelism that even some of our finest churches have grown victim. His basic summary is this... You can go door to door, you can preach on the street corner, you can walk up to someone and start a conversation outright, or you can develop a relationship prior to presenting the gospel... None of these are bad things, but the Spirit will work through each person in His own way and in His own time. The function (sharing the gospel) must always remain the same, but the form (or the method that one uses) is amoral. No more thinking... Just buy it already!

Only introverts will really understand
The author is targeting the introverts of the Christian world, who have been uncomfortable with the traditional methods (forms), the available training, and everything else about much of evangelism that is practiced. The title seems to indicate that the contents of the book are applicable to everyone, but in my reading, only those with introverted personalities will really appreciate, understand, and identify with the material.I suspect that most of the negative reviews regarding this book will come from the extroverted types, who do not understand what introverted persons feel when confronted with the traditional definitions of evangelism: e.g., that's not how I think, I'm not gifted in this area, if only I could write it out and think through it first, etc. I also suspect it will ruffle the feathers of those who have bought into the idea that there is a correct formula for evangelism and everything outside of it is suspect.

And?
I got this book because I was thinking about evangelism and introversion. There were some helpful things in this book. But it didn't really scratch my itch. It was a very introductory book. I was looking for something that thought deeper and longer. This wasn't a very theological book either which may or may not have been a good thing. The best take aways were 1. There is no one way to do evangelism. 2. Introverts can find ways to evangelize using their gifts and experiences. 3. Evangelism is a team effort. 4. Be intentional by preparing and building genuine relationships. These things are true and may be new to some people. But I was looking for more than that.

Finally...
A very interesting read. Puts to bed some myths we're always being told by extroverts about how to witness our faith to people. Introverts relate to people differently than extroverts. This book explains what methods work for introverts, and why they work! I have to rethink how I share my faith with others. No more guilt because the "usual" methods weren't working for me! It's important to be yourself, and relate to people in the way God designed you, and only you and God can know what that looks like. Enjoy!

Introverts and Intuition: A winning Combination
The book was easy to read. It provided sound advise on how to witness using your own personality style and Gifting that God has given each Christian - especially introverts. The "canned" approach to making Disciples for Christ was well explained as the method not to use in evangelizing unbelievers. The book provided easy to understand methods that can be personalized for any Believer who wishes to witness and fulfill the Great Commission that Christ to his followers.

Very interesting take on evangelism
As an introvert I felt bad about my lack of evangelism skills my whole life. This book has helped me see that we introverts can do it using our own way, using our own specific tools.

Great book
Mike could have been writing about me.It was definitely a page-turner. At the very least the book helped me realise I wasn't weird, but that God made me an introvert and He can use me just the way He made me. Thanks Mike.

Very helpful and encouraging
An extremely helpful book. So much of what the author describes is exactly how I feel! It has given me a new freedom and sense of encouragement.
