This brand of Garcinia, like many other brands these days appear to be all effective and perhaps the exact same products but packaged under different brands. Having said that, this is perfectly fine by me as this is competition and also what drives prices down. At the current price point, these are a very good value as each capsule contains 500mg of Garcinia with a daily serving size of (3) capsules. I've been taking various brands of Garcinia including this brand three times a day with (1) capsule and so far this one is also effective at helping to lose weight in addition to not gaining it back. Since it's working for me, I'll continue to use it as long as the pricing remains competitive.With regards to capsule sizing, these are medium sized in my opinion and relatively easy to swallow with a sip of water. In addition, these have not caused any adverse side effects such as nausea, vomiting or stomach issues while taking thus far.

Check the labels on your supplements. This one carries a terrifying warning that it may contain lead. Do not buy.

I typically take these in the morning when I intend to fast for the rest of the day. 180 capsules is an excellent value.

I felt I have energy while I am taking this product and it has not given me the jitters.I like the amount included in the bottle. It is nice to be able to evaluate this product accurately. I think 60 days is a good amount of time to test the product. I like this product in my regimen and will recommend to others with the warning mentioned of course.I am not worried about the warning label with this product. There are photos included showing this warning so the company isn't hiding this information from you.

Updating my review: I’ve taken these by itself (rather than with other supplements) and have to say that I really do feel my appetite suppressed!! I take 2 of these in the morning when I wake up on an empty stomach. (directions are to take one an hour before meal, 3-times a day). I feel my hunger suppressed and very minimal all day besides intentional snacks.I DEFINITELY will be ordering again when I’m out. Good stuff!

I did not realize that there is a warning in the bottle that these garcinia extract supplements by the Amazing India Store can expose you to chemicals including lead. I really appreciate that they were honest in stating that warning but to be fair, it makes me NOT want to consume these even if I am desperate for a way to suppress my appetite for weight loss. I typically blindly trust items made in the USA such as this, but selling a consumables that have the potential to be toxic is wrong in so many levels.

I haven't taken Garcinia in a while. So I thought I'd give it a try again. It really curbed my appetite. I did not feel like eating much at all when I did eat and I had energy all day. It's three pills a day but you take only one an hour before each meal. I only eat two meals a day so I only need to take two pills a day. So I can make a 60-day Supply last even longer. The only reason I gave it a star off is because it came with a broken lid and so now I have to put it into another jar to keep it fresh. The seal was not broken at least.
