These vitamins have a bad taste. They hurt my stomach and made me throw up. Will not buy again. Waste of money! Update: the seller Vimerson Health reached out to see what they could do. I thought that was such a nice customer service move. This company is legit and cares.

It’s been two weeks since I have been taking this. I think it’s great supplement. Than taking. 6 different vitams or more you have all you need in one capsule. Highly recommend. Perfect balance.

This is my second bottle. I’m not sure what’s it doing but it seems to be helping with my hot flashes and night sweats without taking another supplement. And I hope it’s giving me all I need.
