Meow Mix Paté in Gravy Wet Cat Food Variety Pack, Surf n’ Turf Patés 2.75 Ounce (Pack of 24)

My little cat is a very picky eater, I’ve bought (and wasted) many different brands of cat food. I’ve tried different flavors, cuts, filets, shredded, etc. I eventually figured out that she prefers pâté, but she’s even picky about that, the texture has to be silky smooth, and not too thick. As much as I don’t like plastic, I’m actually glad that this food comes in little plastic cups instead of cans because she will rarely eat leftovers if the food is in a can. So far, this is a winner, she even eats the leftovers. It may not have the best quality ingredients, but I don’t think it’s the worst either so, I will stick with it. My cat likes the taste and I like the value. This one is the chicken & tuna, I’ll update as I try giving her different flavors.

UPDATE: She loved the tuna and salmon and she wants another helping every time she goes to her food spot. She gets wet food in the a.m. and p.m. and now wants it for lunch as well. Just now I opened the chicken and tuna and she gobbled up every crumb of this flavor as well. I'm happy to see her enjoy her meals; I just have to teach her that she can't snack o it all day ! I've had my rescue cat for three years and she has never eaten all of her wet food, even when I give her just a teaspoon. She prefers pate but leaves part of that too. I bought this box of 12 pate meals and last night I gave her the real tuna and salmon. She licked her bowl clean. This morning I gave her the same one and she gobbled it up, then begged for more. She ate all of it again. She's 7 and not very active so I hope she doesn't get chubby!! But I am happy to not throw her unfinished food away and to see her enjoy the pate with gravy so much. The price is great, it's delivered tomy door and she loves it. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it.

My cat has mixed reviews. One flavor he says not a chance and let's it rot on the plate. One silky smooth option he LOVES, can't stop licking his lips and looking satisfied as if he just had the choiciest prime rib au jus. The third meal he is halvsies on, as sometimes he shows down at a slower pace and sometimes it just sits there untouched. Personally, I think 1) the plastic cups are perfect for putting right in the fridge when I only give a half portion. 2) The silky option is luxurious looking & creamy. 3) the price is excellent. 4) I'm curious what you furry friend will think. My girls have always eaten this food and they delight in it, since they prefer it to be wet, but this one has a few strands of each flavor that make them soft and delicate with a perfect size and without the strong smell that other cat foods have.,always fresh and ease to use .

My cats like this Meow Mix We Food Pate' ok, they will eat it, but don't go crazy over it. It is an easy to handle and open container. I wish the little plastic tubs were wider and shallower to allow a cat to actually eat out of them. It is and odd size, and a hassle to spoon out because of the raised bottom it leaves some food in a circle at the bottom. (wasteful) The plastic seal should be foil for resealing it so it won't dry out if they don't eat the container full. My cats actually prefer the new "Temptations" wet food, which also pays attention to each of my noted details. This is good in a pinch, but I have to listen to my Purr-Babies.
