This fountain is EXACTLY as described!! It arrived on-time and was packaged wonderfully. I was worried when Fed-Ex delivered because the box had a big gauge in it but the styrofoam packing was thick and hefty. The fountain connections were super easy to secure/assemble. I had it filled up and running in about 10 minutes!! Couldn't have been easier and the sound is so soothing. The bears are adorable, it's the finishing touch that we needed on our mountain patio.

The media could not be loaded. Our old fountain leaked so we had to constantly fill it. This one is great and retains its water. We really like the lights at night. Good trickling sound.

It was easy to unpack and put into operation! Worked well the first time! It is so much prettier than the picture shows. Couldn't be more happy with the height, looks, and sound.I love nature and the sound of water so this was the perfect accent to my nature themed house. I love the way the light shimmer as the water moves, the sound of the water as it trickles down and the look with the bears. It makes my heart happy every day!

I had this sent to my son as he’s a baby bear lover plus he loves to hear the peaceful sound of the water. The led lights really show it off. It took around 2 weeks to get it which is pretty much what I expected.

for the first two months, I had this fountain I received many compliments. It looks great. The sound is great. The lights are great. Everything was great. Then a week ago I noticed the flow of the water had decreased significantly.I’ve been using pond cleaning and anti-algae solution weekly and don’t see anything in there. I cleaned the pump, cleaned the inside of the fountain and the pump seem to be working OK but then a day later it’s back to just dribbling. The sellers warranty is only 30 days and I contacted them and their curt answer was “you’re out of warranty, thank you“ so I really don’t recommend buying from the seller. now I’m going to have to look for a pump to replace it, and the seller didn’t even put any effort to guide me towards a replacement pump.

A running water fountain adds beauty and comfort listening to it work. A must for frogs at night and birds in the day. Works really well, just have to keep adding water because it hasn't rained here in over a week and 90+ degrees, but keeps on running.
