I like to have a consommé type soup before dinner to curb my appetite. I was eating miso soup but wanted to cut down on sodium. All of the other powdered stocks add maltodextrin which causes me all kinds of stomach problems. Although I'm not happy about the glucose, this is really delicious with all of the herbs. It really hits the spot.
