Great price for fast speeds.
Working well a couple of months in. I had a little problem getting full 2.5 speed at first but believe it was due to windows settings and not the hardware but be sure to test if that is important for you.

Easy cheap outstanding managed switches. Some caveats that were solved.
Purchased 3x of these switches, from SOLDA to upgrade my home network. I got 2x 6 port with 2 SFP+ and one of the 8 port with 1 SFP+. I have most 2.5G RJ45 ports with cat5e on 2.5G and 1G. One of the switches tied into existing network that uses using 2x SFP+. It runs super cool compared to any other SFP switch I own. Overall the price is an excellent value saving me hundreds of dollars over name brand (for managed 2.5G switches). I have an existing Unifi network and didn't want to spend $200 more per 2.5G Unifi switch or wire in additional networking into my home. Speed: Iperf test TCP with 2 devices with 9k MTU on different ports in parallel for 30 seconds. 2.44Gb/s on one device, 2.46Gb/s on the other. UDP iperf tests showed 0% packet loss, 0.007ms jitter. Features: I am using the following features. All work well with minimal issues. VLANs tagged, native (PVID), and untagged. Jumbo frames at 9k. IGMP Snooping. 3x port LACP Trunk. RSTP with one SODOLA switch as root worked great and without any issues. QOS on Ports. Issues I faced: 1. Admin interface was at 192.168.2.1 and I am under a different subnet. I first plugged it into my PC and setup DHCP and then moved it into desired room. One thing the interface doesn't tell you is you have to go to Tools -> Save to store settings when power cycles. Lost settings a few times before realizing it. 2. My network doesn't have loops, but it went down multiple times during setup. What I found is that STP or RSTP must be enabled. 3. Don't send ICMPs to the switch. I sent 9k ICMPs to test jumbo frames and every time it crashes the management interface and has to be power cycled. All issues were very minor with workarounds.

good switch for the price
Really good option for a variable speed compatible 2.5 switch. I bought two, both working like a charm to give 2.5 across my whole network, fully loaded with lots of traffic I've not observed any aberrant behavior. If I need a 3rd, will not hesitate to buy. Quiet, doesn't get hot, just does the thing.

Useful little switch. Passes frames with 802.1Q vlan tags.
Great little switch that performs well for the price. No issues connecting FCI DAC cables from Ebay to the SFP+ ports. Runs a bit warm, but not hot enough to cause concern. Hopefully it'll survive summer. iperf3 shows expected throughput on the 10gigabit SFP+ ports and the 2.5gigabit ports. As a bonus, the switch seems to have no issues naively passing frames with 802.1Q vlan tagging for sort of an "everything goes" set of trunk ports. There's no management, so you can't filter vlans or set up access ports, but this is still great for significantly boosting speeds on the cheap for a small homelab with a Proxmox (or similar) cluster. My only concern is the power supply, which seems a little cheap and lightweight. It runs cool, at least.

Compact 8-Port 2.5G Switch with a Minor Quirk
I've been using this SODOLA 8-port 2.5G switch (with one 10G SFP+ port) for about four months now, primarily connected via its SFP+ port to another multi-gig switch in my home network. In terms of core functionality – speed, stability, heat, and noise – my experience has been largely positive and quite similar to other well-performing unmanaged 2.5G switches I've used. It delivers reliable 2.5Gbps speeds, runs cool and silent (presumably fanless), and was instantly recognized and operational thanks to its plug-and-play design. The most distinct aspect of this SODOLA switch is its physical design, which presents both a pro and a con. On the positive side, by arranging the eight 2.5G RJ45 ports in two rows (stacked vertically), the switch achieves a remarkably small desktop footprint for an 8-port unit. This is great if you're tight on space. However, the downside of this arrangement is that the ports are quite crowded. Plugging and unplugging network cables, especially if you're using thicker cables or boots, can be rather fiddly and requires some patience due to the limited space between ports. Connectivity includes the eight 2.5G ports and the single 10G SFP+ port, which, as mentioned, has worked flawlessly for linking to my other switch. It's important for potential buyers to note that having only one SFP+ port does limit its flexibility. While perfect for connecting to a single upstream device or router at high speed, it means this switch isn't suitable as a central or core switch if your network design requires multiple SFP/SFP+ connections for uplinks or linking several high-speed devices/switches. Overall, this SODOLA switch offers a good number of 2.5G ports in a very compact package and performs reliably. Its value seems competitive, aligning with the positive sentiment often seen for brands offering similar specs at lower price points. I'd recommend it for users who need to connect multiple 2.5G devices, prioritize minimizing desktop clutter, and only require a single SFP+ connection. Just be prepared for slightly tighter cable management due to the stacked port layout.

Great value
Works as advertised according to iperf. Do need to set it up first using the specified ip and the instructions aren't the most clear, but it wasn't too bad. I just use it as a dumb switch and not bother with the included functions, and it has been stable for months now.

there is no offical SODOLA website , phone number or email for support, overall device are good.
