I am vary glad to add this to my family's supplement. We don't take a lot of supplements but I personally feel this is needed for us at this time. I ordered some candy fennel a coupe of months ago & realized after snacking on it for a couple of days that my smoker's cough in the mornings was GONE (I am an idiot, been smoking over 30 years, sigh) - along with my morning allergy mucous. So I ordered these and wow, they really DO work! Will buy again! I also was taking Mucinex-D with sudafed in it - not anymore. Really happy.
