Awesome scooter!
I have had the scooter for 2 weeks now and the scooter has been shockingly fun.It is very powerful. I am a grown, 200 lb man and it can still get up fairly steep hills (which has been an issue for me on other scooters). The shocks and wheels work surprisingly well to absorb bumps. I have used it quite a bit over very bumpy asphalt roads and it feels great. I have used it a bit (~1 mile) over dirt paths and rocks and it it was also great on that. The tires also have a lot of grip. I have tried to find their limit but I and still scared to push it hard enough to get them to slip. The battery and range seems good. I haven't kept track of the distance since I normally just ride a few miles for fun around my house. One thing to note is that the power will fade as the charge fades. It does have a voltage readout though so you can keep track of that. The horn is fun and loud. The lights are also fun and the headlight is very bright to where you can feel safe riding at night. The build quality seems good. I was concerned about this at this price point, but everything feels extremely sturdy. The folding lock is very solid, but this can make it a bit harder to fold.I can't comment on the seat since I didn't use it but it looks comfortable. The scooter is average weight for an electric scooter.

Fun, durable and FAST Scooter!
This scooter is amazing!! Highly recommend and extremely fun to ride. This scooter is durable, easily to assemble and charges easily. The lights make it very easy to be seen at night. I have only used turbo a few times as the standard mode is more than sufficient for my weight and I can get it up to 30 mph.The only problem I had was with the back tire. It appears during the assembly, the tube gets kinked and causes a leak. I had to take off tire and replace tube (comes with a spare in the box). Getting the tube was a tricky but luckily my dad is handy and able to help. No other complaints. When folded, it’s a bit heavy but easily fits in my trunk. Glad I purchased this! I get a lot of compliments and inquiries on where I purchased.Update: I contacted the business to obtain a new seat and the maker was prompt, helpful and responsive to my request. I received a new seat and I’m hitting the road! I highly recommend this scooter and company. I will be purchasing another 1 in a few months for a family member!

Defective product
- One of the cords from the left handlebar was disconnected and had bent pins.- Inconsistent acceleration- The battery indicator only showed the last two bars even when it was fully charged.- When I turn it on, it turns off two seconds later.

Will get you addicted to Scooters
I bought this scooter for basic transportation to and from work which it excels at doing. I have 200 miles on it and I've had to do one rear brake adjustment so far. I wish that the turn signals were more visible from the front and we're in a better position to use. It also goes 23mph unless downhill but that's fine. Range is about 13 to 15 miles but I ride as hard as I can almost always. The only assembly I really did was headlight, screen installation, and tightening of the brake levers. Your guinea pig could do it if you did the heavy lifting.Build quality seems to be excellent in my opinion. I've accidentally jumped it at top speed, rode it thru pouring rain and now snow. This thing will go thru the elements and keeps working. It will take you up hills doing over 15mph. The screen is useful and not a gimmick and the brakes are outstanding when adjusted and used well. It'll stop downhill at full speed. It keeps a licking and keeps tickin'. It's a little heavy to fold up and get into a small SUV but it works and fairly well. The headlight is adequate for riding at night but the rest of the scooter lights up in RGB and is seen easily. I feel seen easier by cars at night than I do during daylight. The power is really decent. I kind of want a little more but most of my friends are scared of it. This scooter handles snow, water, hills, gravel and is a lot of fun. I get a lot of compliments on its looks. It hasn't failed me yet or at all. I'm gonna ride it to work again tomorrow... In the snow.

Mostly positive with a few negatives
First of all I really like the scooter it has nice speed it takes a little while to get up to top speed unlike my other scooter there are a couple negatives the seat is almost useless because it can't hold your weight and will consistently go down after you sit on it for a while I weigh about 165 lbs and I met with another guy who has exact same scooter with the exact same problem so he end up using some pipe to fix it I don't want to go through all of that so I am usually ride it at the lowest level because that is the only place to see will remain you must practice breaking it down and putting it back up it is not easy at least to me it isn't if you have fingers that don't have any strength it may be a little difficult to work with the pins you have to work with so the second time I rode the scooter it was my first time riding in about a week took me a little while to remember how to put it together to be in riding mode but I think I got it now it is a really good buy if you get it on sale because it is very comfortable nice suspension I may end up giving this one to my son and pay a little bit more money for one that is a little faster but all in all it is an awesome scooter the main negative is just the seat
