Waterproof bandage after knee replacement
These bandages were used after a reworking of a past knee replacement where I needed a revision. The bandages work great for water resistence. They do not have a very thick absorbent area for seepage, so I used some non-stick pads under them, but, other than that, they are great. The 4 x 14 size was perfect for my long incision.

So good for changing C-section dressing!
These are super sticky and flexible. Other reviews said they didn’t stick but this actually stuck on better than the one the hospital placed after my C-section. I changed it 2 days ago and showered each day and haven’t had any issues with peeling. After a Hibiclens wash, I used a blow dryer on low to get it bone dry then applied.

Breathable, flexible, waterproof
I had my hip replaced and used these once the initial bandage was removed. (It wasn't medically necessary, but my clothes kept catching the scabs and ripping them off so uh yeah, no brainer)! They go on fairly easily (hubby helped) with the two stages (sticky side down, press to apply, remove plastic covers). They stay put, are waterproof but also breathable (which is important for healing), painless to remove, and made pants so much more bearable. I changed them out daily for a little over a week with no issues. Then my skin began to react to the adhesive. I have stupid sensitive skin, so I wasn't surprised and figured it was worth it anyway to not rip off scabs. It got itchy for a day or so, but then it was all of a sudden infinitely worse so that it started burning and actually removed skin and bled when I took it off. I don't think that's the bandage's fault tho, unlike some folks, seeing as how they didn't gift me my skin at birth lol.. And it worked great for the first week-plus, so giving it 4 stars. Would love to know what's in the adhesive though so I can avoid it later!

Exactly as shown
These are exactly the same as the ones my husband's doctor gave us after he had his hip replaced.

Not a true Island dressing
The dressing was very uncomfortable, it was like having a large piece of tape on. There was no give, it was so stiff and I had a topical reaction to it. Very disappointed.

Excellent product
These bandages are very easy to use and are 100% waterproof as stated. They were the equivalent of not better than the hospital bandage I was sent home with. The adhesive is excellent as far as waterproofing and they are very easy and painless to remove. Also the price I found to be very reasonable. Very fast delivery too. I would definitely buy again, in fact I did when I needed a smaller size.

Love them
As someone going through a lot of surgeries right now the direction card made my day with the cookie! 🍪❤️ So unexpected and adorable.

Needed for knee replacement surgery
After a new replacement surgery, they send you home with one bandage to replace the one you leave the hospital in. The day that happened and we had to replace it for the first time my husband was all fingers and stuck the wrong pieces to the wrong area. I needed to buy more so I opted for these and when it came time to change it again it was easy Peezy! No fail!
