My go to vitamin for Mitosis support. It gives me what I need but perhaps too much, it is not something I recommend taking every day. I take it every two days and it seems to help in my fitness journey.

Alpha lipoid acid 600 mg is helpful for neuropathy pain. My husband has been taking this for years and he feels the difference if he runs out. He takes these in addition to all the usual nerve pain prescriptions.

Seem to work well. However. Just realized I have to take 2.

ALA has so many benefits. This is a good value.

ALA is an antioxidant made by the body. When taking this supplement, one’s urine will have a particular smell similar to after eating asparagus. I have been taking another brand of ALA for 2 years upon recommendation of Inside Tracker, a biomaker analysis company. The particular brand they recommend was out of stock, so I went with Double Wood because they state they have their products third-party tested. I have taken it for 3 weeks now and have detected the particular smell associated with ALA consumption only intermittently, not consistently like with the other brand. I take other Double Wood supplements, but I am left to wonder about this ALA supplement.
